They should put up the salary of forklift operator 18$ because it’s so stressful specially if you’re the lead hand of the team i say this because i was lead in 12 hours shift in moulding and i have so much responsibility actually for a forklift operator should start at 17.50 for lead hand or team leader is around 19$ hour because to much responsibility. Us a lead.

Communicate with different suppliers involved (freight forwarders, custom broker and transport companies) to solve all document problems, invoices or late delivery.
• Verify, code and approve all transport invoices and custom documentation Canada, USA and International.

Can be stressful with last minute requests but good working environment.  Alot of collaborations with many teams and many people.   Can be good but depending on the person, 

As long as your work, get the job done and obey the company policies and rules, you will have no problem. I worked 3 years for on 3 different job sites and I made good money and I was always with good guys professional and good attitude.

Fast paced environment but a lot to be learnt about how kids' blocks are made. Every supervisor is about producing a lot of units by end of day with no or less defects. This put pressure on employees.

The employees were very friendly.

I wish it wasn’t contractual work and that I could work there forever. It was by far the best job I’ve ever had. Everyone is extremely friendly, it’s a fun workplace and they’re very accommodating. If you like creating and working mostly alone this is the job for you.

Cool place to work but if you're not part of the design team you're a nobody!
Company overall does it's best to include everyone for annual BBQs or town hall meetings.
Staff are underpaid and not appreciated.
Too much politics.

I can say lot about this job there are some good this about this job its fast pace work, no waiting time in between also flexible shifts.
However its not a permanent job, this job is for  a temporary job.

company moving to Mexico. all good things come to a end even Mega. a lot of good people i met there and sad to see them go. it was very family ordinated
