I had over ten years experience in sales before switching to Sekure so I could work from home. The interview process was very simple. Seems like they would hire just about anybody that can read and speak english.

Initial training was okay, but didn't serve much practical purpose. You basically get to see the script and do some open book fill in the blank tests. You get tossed in the deep end. Never had any live training. Never got to hear a live call. No live feedback. I was literally told they were doing me a favour by conducting the mandatory basic training.

My first conversation with my manager including a threat of being fired. In fact every conversation has including morning motivation meetings. That might work for some, but not for me. 

The work is extremely monotonous and unsatisfying. I spend most of my day calling franchises where nobody can actually make the decisions. You know before you even talk to someone they can't do anything, but you have to follow the script. 

The details you are given on the product are incredibly vague. It's hard to sell something you know nothing about.


I figure it's about time I write a review.

I've had the privilege of working at this company for a little under 10 years. From generating leads to managing teams, to helping make decisions to encourage and aid in departmental growth. 

Moreover, the culture within the company is one of teamwork and collaboration. The management fosters an atmosphere of mutual respect, where ideas are encouraged. 

The company truly invests in those who put in the necessary effort. For those starting off, I will not sugarcoat it. If you cannot handle consistent client rejection, this might not be the place for you. 


The job is not very demanding physically but it is very very demanding mentally, other than facing constant rejection on each cold call youre continuously wondering if you're getting fired by friday on top of the fact that trying your best sometimes isn’t always enough.Some people think of the goals as motivation but it was really hard for me not to stress over it and see those goals as something dreadful. The salary is great and so are comissions, but it doesn’t just take determination to not be fired. You have to sell and make production. Which is why I would recommend it to everyone who’s money hungry, but i would just suggest to be beware of the insane inestibility of the job since they are NOT scared of firing you if you’re not up to expectations. It requires a very specific kind of person do get the job done.

Working at Sekure has been without a doubt the best place I ever worked. Since day 1 you will feel you have a team backing you up anytime ready to make you feel part of the company and to contribute with your professional growth in it. 

Management will definitely take your opinions in consideration and support you in any type of imprevist that might happen in your daily life. 

The person sit next to you is not a coworker but a potential friend! making work hours fly. 

Works events in this company are a blast which contribute big time to the workplace culture and to make the Family sense to be something tangible. 

Also, you can bring your dog anytime ;) WOOF to that! 


I've been here over half a year and it's one of the best job experiences I've ever had. The pay is great with daily bonuses that REALLY add up. I really like all my coworkers and managers. They treat me like a human being and are really understanding. I've made a lot of friends and money here. I got promoted a few months in so there's a lot of room for advancement. If you're coachable and don't mind talking to lots of people and like some healthy competition you'll be fine! No experience is required to start they'll train you too. 

I've had the pleasure of working here for 4 + years and it has truly been an outstanding experience . I have met some amazing people and learned so much . The energy in office is always motivating . Management is not only knowledgeable but also very understanding and genuinely cares about employees growth and well-being , making it an ideal place for professional growth . They plan fun events on a regular basis , which is great for team building ! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a motivating and rewarding workplace .

I have been working with Sekure going on 11 years and I can honestly say that the compensation, the workplace culture and the staff really make the job. 

A typical day involves making calls and helping merchant navigate the world of credit card processing , which can get confusing for the best of us but you will always have the help of management if you get lost along the way. 

I highly recommend working here if you are looking for ways to make money while challenging yourself with new projects and ways to help clients on their business journey through the processing industry.  

They will take the time to teach you everything you need to know about the industry. They want you to move up in the company and if you absorb what they are giving, you will move up very fast. I had zero experience in this field and in 3 months i got a promotion with a handsome pay raise. They play all types of music throughout the day and have huge bonuses for a chance to make extra cash daily. I've worked here for 7 years and i highly refer everyone with and without job experience to give it a try.

* A typical day of work is calling clients and explaining our service works.
* learn a lot about credit card processing and the benefits with different processors and perseverance. 
* Managers are really understanding and helpful.
* The hardest part of the job is convincing clients to send us their business information.
* The most enjoyable part of the job is the relationship everyone has. The bonuses they give to motivate us, the good atmosphere, breakfast and fruits in the morning.
