pay is very low and shows how much(little) the company values its staff... the company cares more about securing client contracts with property managers, rather than investing into their manpower to deliver professional and quality security services. no training workshops of any kind - just a tour of the job site and they will hand you the keys.

some guards are great to work with, others can be difficult so its really a coin-toss. management is also unresponsive and hard to reach by e-mail or phone, so good luck requesting time off. However if you perform well you can easily get promotions, but that is due to the extreme short-staffing of the company as they take on as many contracts as possible and attempt to fill in those positions with anyone that has a license.

Do not waste your time with this company ! They are terrible and make fake promises - they will waste your time like they wasted mine - they hired me made me wait for 2 weeks for training I sat around patiently waiting just for them to tell me they hired someone - absoulety no respect for people ! They are a scam and do not care about please factor this in mind before you waste your time like I did - bbb needs to look into these crooks!

The management makes inconvenient requests like calling to pickup a shift last minute and get offended when you tell them you can't. They seem to assume the workers are willing to do anything to keep the job, and they constantly badmouth the workers to each other behind their backs. 

I worked with this company for 7 months..find lots of problems but they don't care.. concierge guards not doing the job, lying in the report and get along with these lies.. supervisor who is doing nothing and having the last say because he is good with manager...board of directors who are under property manager feet...worse company as well management...

Enjoyed working for Merdian Security for 2 years, had to leave as was moving from one country to another. The employees I was in charge of, were good people and worked diligently. The mangers and owner were respectful and treated you well and as an individual

Nardine is the best person to work with from the whole team. She's always responsive and always ready to help wherever possible. Most of the other managers are good too. 

I like to work for small companies and help them grow by accepting the flaws. Management always appreciated my work by gifts or verbal appreciation.
Very good coworkers.

The management is very poor. I’ve never seen such a bad management. 
No growth.
Poor pay.
Bad communication with managers.
They didn’t give me any work till 2 months.
