Metroline is a very productive and fun place to work. The management is really good. They are really helpful. It was a pleasure working with them. The clients are really good. You would never have any trouble with anybody there. Very relaxed and calm place and no stress at all. The management try to work with you, if you have any issues.  A good career start with this company. Helps you polish your communication skills. Work-Life balance. Additionally, the projects they put you on are always interesting, so much to learn. 

I started working for Metroline I was hired over the phone, I thought this would be great working at home, less stress and pressure in one way its true, however I rarely hear from them I was promised pay on the 13 no pay, no communication only if I call them, people working at home need encouragement and a phone call to see once in a while how things are going, there is no pay increases, no incentives and short campaigns, no security

Not enough work. Phone list are bad.too many not in service and business numbers. Archaic manual dialing. Get with it and use five9 interviewing system.

Metroloine is an okay place to work, but there is no structure. No performace reviews, wage increases, or advancement opportunities. General office and telephone work. Atmosphere is relaxed though.

The normal supervisor is great and laid back as long as you're doing your job, the weekend supervisor was rude and always played favourites. overall its a great place to work while you're in school or need another job.

Management was horrible. Picked favorites. Horrible hours. They were lenient in regards to picking your own hours but it is mostly part time. Training was no good at all. Over all I would not work there.

I learned a lot. The hardest part was getting used to talking on the phone but after that it was a blast. My co-workers are awesome.

Metroline was a decent job. I liked most of my co-workers but the pay wasn't the greatest and there was nowhere for me to move up into the company.

I loved working there.  The owners were very approachable and the atmosphere was great.  I worked there for 5 years and would have stayed longer but I had to move away for my wife's job. 


Awesome if you need flexible hours to balance your life and work. Hours can also be unpredictable, it's not a steady position. Managers are great to work with.
