Covid was a factor in the availability of the product which caused delays in customer orders, which is understandable. But what is unacceptable is having a customer wait months for their item and it arriving damaged on multiple occasions - which happens a lot. Management is terrible and the products are also terrible. Having worked there, I would not buy from RD. 

The company has lots of opportunities if you’re looking to advance in sale. As a warehouse employee you get to work in a fun environment where it’s easy to make friends. The job is simple and work is rewarding. The bosses always have great respect for their employees and encourage them to give ideas on how to improve the work environment. All around,  a good place to be. 

It is an enjoyable workplace with a great warehouse team and supervisor. The starting hourly rate is more than the minimum wage. The working hours were cut recently and I was sent to different stores and warehouses to make up for my weekly hours.

I have been working for this company since its initiation. Already my position has grown and delivered not only financal goals but also personal goals experience . We  are encouraged to grow and develop our skills.
  Solid management team , its a wonderful company to work for.

Typical day:
Very quiet. Rarely did we get clients coming in. Many online orders though. 
Management:
Delivery company is not good. Did lots of damage to the furniture. This results in lots of frustrated and angry clients. Returns and exchanges are never allowed. 

Great environment to work in with a good team, cool company benefits, good experience to learn sales as well and competitive sales opportunities, good company structure as well
