Michael Page Management are very unprofessional.  Took 2 weeks for the first response, then they missed the scheduled time.  When an email was sent to re-schedule did NOT respond at all until another email request was sent.
Then they were not prepared for the meeting which shows a complete lack of respect for people's time. Continually interrupted as we were discussing things.  Nothing positive or any feedback was provided.  Then they hung up.
When feedback was provided to them regarding this no responsibility taken for their actions only a response of complete non caring or ownership of their actions.

They trained well but work life balance & pay was not up to par. 

MP has a decent global reputation but seem to fail to listen to issues and take initiatives to improve the business. 

Met a lot of great friends as the quality of hires were extremely strong but did not do well to retain staff. Overall a decent experience but its unfortunate that I left after 3 years due to necessity. If working hours were reduced or commission structure was more fair/transparent I would've stayed much longer. 

Page offers a fun and enjoyable workplace environment with colleagues who are helpful and reliable.

The role of a Consultant can be very demanding and may not be for everyone. Performance is measured against daily and weekly KPIs. Hours are generally longer than most other roles.

In summary, if you are looking for a fun workplace environment and are prepared to work long hours and hit targets consistently then Page is a great place to be.

Great company, however, priority is not on hired talent, priority is to get the absolute most they can out of you within the shortest time possible. I people were fired in just 2 months, make your own decision on that. If growth is your priority, stay away, everyone is like a zombie and terrified the next day just might be their last, everyone is miserable here.

They tend to show a sense of urgency until they have got hold of your resume. Once you have shared it with them, they do not give a feedback nor respond to calls/e-mails. 

One should use their time judiciously with them.

Michael Page do not have their clients best interest at heart. They pressure you to sign an offer really quickly, call you 50 times a day when you are at work. They are unprofessional and do not care about anything but their own salary. They are SELFISH. Do not work with them.

Michael Page was my first workplace. The work environment was very energetic and dynamic. 
As it is a performance based company, multitasking is required.

Management was childish and emotionally unintelligent.  Rampant favouritism. People cried in the bathroom daily. Not a great place to work by any means.
