Pre-construction is exciting.  There is alot of shaming peers in the group chat.  Needs to be more professional.  The  tone from Owner/Management is quite harsh.  It's all about what you look and dress like.

Highly unprofessional people with extremely low regards for ethics. 
Manager's behaviour was beyond the definitions of harassment and bullying. If you are a true professional seeking growth look elsewhere.

Decent job.  Work atmosphere can be toxic at times (as with any office).  Otherwise, not bad. Sales agents were nice to work with.  hours were good - no weekends.

I just want to change job i dont want to work weekend anymore
other than that i love my job, i like what i am ding right now i jst tired to work every weekend Is the only reason i would like to change a job

I would recommend this company to family and friends. Long hours when it comes to launches. However, due to working with such great team members; the time seems to fly by without notice. 

Fun and experienced company to work for, very team oriented and flexible work. Overall a great learning environment with strong areas for advancement.

Ridiculous hours for low low pay. No respect for employees. Extremely poorly managed and very very disorganized. Hours are not stable at all and very difficult about any time off or sick days.

A day typical day starts mid day and ends at about six. It is genuinely a very enjoyable work environment, good team atmosphere, serious opportunities for personal growth.
