I started working here in September of 2021. My trainer was great although I felt I wasn’t 100% prepared for the work. Once you’re finished training/nesting there is NO work life balance. You’ll be working 9.5 hours every single day. Except for one day out of the week where you’re working only 9 hours. That’s because if you work more than 45 hours in a week you must be paid overtime and they don’t want to pay you over time but want to maximize the time they can pay you minimum wage. Oh and another reason you work only 9.5 hours and never 10 is because after 10 they have to give you another break and they really don’t wanna do that either. Super shady. You will rarely have a weekend off, or have two days together. On top of that your schedules are very inconsistent starting at 9am one day and 1pm the next. This is especially tough if you have a family and could take a toll on your relationship with your significant other. I ended up quitting because my relationship with my family was starting to deteriorate. While you are working, you won’t be very happy. Listening to people complain CONSTANTLY about everything. It’s a negative block you’re stuck in and after awhile it tires you out. Not to mention, a lot of agents tell customers what they want to hear just to get them off the phone and you’re the one stuck picking up the slack for it and when you actually call help desk you get a different answer based on the agent it’s not uniform. Sometimes agents in different departments will refuse to take the call even though you have to transfer them because you can’t help them and it makes you look terrible to the customer and don’t forget about the micromanaging QA’s you’ll get. They are degrading and are peak micromanaging to me. All in all I really don’t recommend working here. I could literally go on and on about the issues here because there’s so many and so little people who want to fix them. 

I'm not sure about the other departments were like, so this might be biased. I worked in the call center (PC Financial).

Don't get me wrong, I loved the place, actually. At least when I was there - everyone on the team got along with one another, no extreme drama. While it was absolutely horrific some days (BACK-TO-BACK CALLS... those were the worst), what I can appreciate is the company events we did, like potlucks and barbecues. We were very much like a family.

Otherwise, it was pretty much what you'd expect for a call center - sometimes a pain to book days off, strict policies, and crazy hours. Sometimes overtime if you signed up for it.

On paper, doesn't sound like the absolute worst job in the world... but for minimum wage, and only a 25 cent for each promotion you earn? Not worth it.

Working in Millennium1solutions is not bad I just wish we get paid more because The amount of stress emotionally because of the customer who yells and get upset about certain things they are not happy about .  We are front of their contact at least they can do is pay us more than $14  just like bilingual agents.  I don’t mind dealing with those things but instead of wasting companies money to customer who complain about the system think about us as well dealing with their frustrations. I know it’s not personal but it’s affecting our mental health. Specially a person like me that wants to stay and work hard for the company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There are a strong staff that are willing to help, and a pretty thorough training process! 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
While there is plenty of chances to get help, communication can be troublesome. As most in higher positions can struggle with effective communication, and not always be clear without further questions.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's a company that if you're a people pleaser you'll be alright, however people who struggle with communication won't have a hard time.

M1S/NTT is not a desirable employer to work for. They hire just anyone but do not know how to keep employees. My training group started as 10-12 new-hires, just 4 months later there is only 1 person left... 

- Absolutely no job stability. You'll either get fired, or pressured to quit unless there is an extremely high call volume. 
- The referral bonus program is a scam, no one will stay long enough to get paid. 
- Management is terrible, they refuse to take employee feedback and have no sympathy. 
- No personal time off other than minimal vacation or holidays.
- Equipment is poor quality which effects work performance.



I didn't work there for long, but the culture was understanding and laid-back considering it was a company oriented around call-center duties. There was a long training period which helped us understand our roles and train us in the facets oriented around the portfolio we were going to be working with (the company handles multiple companies for which they provide call center services). So long as you do your part, there's not much to complain about aside from it being the job that it is, the company itself treats its employees very well.

The work environment and overall satisfaction can greatly depend on the specific contract you're placed in, and sometimes, it feels like luck plays a role in whether it's a good or not-so-great assignment.

That being said, I must commend the company for consistently delivering on their promises. While there's a degree of variability in contract placements, the company has remained true to their commitments. This reliability is vital in building trust and maintaining positive relationships .

Good opportunity for new comers to Canada or people looking for a temporary job. People in the PC financial contract drop like flies and new hires show up like the next week. The training is okay but you learn more with every call. 
The team leaders are always stressed and can’t properly provide the support needed because they themselves have no support. Agents get burnt out way too quickly

There is no managing in M1S, The manager just shows up when there is a problem and puts it on agents, and never takes responsibility for miss managing.
If they pay commissions, It would be with a great delay of at least 5 months.
There are several mandatory time off, and so agents lost money.
The lack of communication between all departments is not tolerable.






I worked for the organization for more than a year and it was a great experience. I was part of the customer service team and my supervisors, trainers, everybody was very nice and I definitely enjoyed working there. Of course customer service rule is a bit hectic because you have to take back-to-back calls but still I enjoyed talking to customer
