Minacs Call Center

A very productive workplace. I learned a lot with my managers and they also learned from me. Sharing experience and ideas about new productive days. Daily working at Minacs was great. I didn’t have any difficulties on answering calls. I have a great interaction with all clients trying to help them as much as I could providing information about money transactions and help clients to get the best of the calls with me. 

Going to work was always fun, I felt good going to work for the day. This kind of job is something I personally enjoy doing. My co-workers were always ready to help and nice. The management team is awesome they're always there to listen when you have concerns or just plainly need someone to talk to. Hardest part of the job was getting used to the computer program we had to work with. The best part, well I would say working there doing something I like and working with people I love.

Very stressful, management does not care about anyone except themselves . 
Still waiting for my vacation pay after a year, sent several emails and waiting.
Gossip everywhere and all day.
Supervisors does not have your back and take weeks to get a response from HR.
HR was 4-5 people down down to one person, says something about the company doesn’t it?

i learned many communication skills , and people skills , i learned to deal with tough situations on my own , the hardest part about the job was the angry customers but with the right training it was easy to calm down the situation .

Was with Minacs a short time but made lifelong friends. Learned a lot of fundamental training that is still beneficial to me many years later. Wished I could have continued longer, had it not been for an abusive controlling spouse I would have. 

I would recommend Minacs to anyone who doesn't care about how much they are paid, but wants to work in a stressful environment.
If you log out of your phone one minute early, or one minute late, you get docked for that minute. This for a minimum wage job.

High call volume. No additional support after you're out of your initial training period. Incredibly toxic work environment. The work can be challenging but enjoyable if you enjoy solving problems and dealing with frustrated people.

I enjoyed working here with all levels of staff and the constant learning of new technology was very appealing as well as helping others learn too and a great satisfaction came with helping others

Minacs treats their employees as nothing but numbers. The company didn't care about their employees or employee satisfaction. Their employees are just people filling seats.

Horrible employer. No care or consideration for employees. Disciplinary action handed out for little to no reason at all with no review process or meetings regrading alleged transgressions.
