They are very good at finding great lower level employees and supervisors. My supervisor was fantastic and she did everything she could with the power given to her. This is a really great place to start in recruitment and you can quickly learn valuable skills for the future and it's a great resume builder. 

There is no job security and the hours you get are based entirely on the work they have for you and how many people you send to interviews. They say that your hire ratio is important, however, I felt that their actions showed otherwise.

It was great in the beginning: stable Hiring Managers we supported, collaborative efforts to achieve great results. The last year, however, became more difficult: niche markets, labour shortages etc. 
Turns out that in 2020 - 2021 - much tougher and hotter market -  quality candidates are no longer willing  work hourly jobs.

Overall, I think Mindfield is a good place to work at. The first week of your work is purely training which you don't usually get in other jobs. The leadership team does a good work motivating and coaching the employees and the workplace culture at work is by far one of the best   in my professional experience in Vancouver, BC.

Morning meetings everyday to check in with recruiters, everyone is always willing to lend a hand, communication throughout all levels is easily done.

Good place to kickstart your career in recruitment. Fast paced and high volume environment which kept it interesting and challenging. Overall a great company and work environment.

No job security. Cut over 2/3 of the employees going into the holidays, despite receiving no indication of management doing so until a couple days before hand.
