This job was very important.
I did a lot of things during the year I was working there.
It was basically about administrative and human resources support. A part from that, I was processing and analysing statistics too. 
I was also in charge of solving coworkers computer related problem. We were 40 employees in that office. I was assigned to help them technically.
The working environment was very nice. The manager always encouraged the employees to do their best. Every month, the statistics showed that we met the objectives.

The Ministère de l'Immigration de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion has a great work environment. The coworkers are very helpful, open and kind, especially to the student interns.

This was a great way to gain experience as a student. For the summer and during the school years, the managers are very understanding of a student's schedule. A lot of the tasks are repetitive. 

Mifi - workload is reasonable, flexible time with minimum working hours 40 per week from Monday to Friday. Overall is good, environment, atmosphere but except the PAY.

Very good atmosphere and low pressure. Management stays out of the way.

Internal systems aren't the most well configured but nothing that actively prevented work.

No problems with adult students. But the management is to be improved.
