My experience here has been far from positive. The lack of support from managers is glaring, and there seems to be little to no expertise within the leadership team. Quiet quitting appears to be the norm, which is telling about the overall morale.

Despite being a small group, there is no sense of camaraderie or teamwork—only egos from upper management. Astonishingly, there are more managers than regular workers, which creates inefficiency and an overly hierarchical environment. Some employees are granted the flexibility to work remotely, while others are unfairly required to be in the office, dressed according to upper management’s arbitrary preferences.

Expressing ideas or opinions is discouraged and often met with retaliation. The message from leadership is clear: you’re here to serve, not to think or contribute.

This toxic environment stifles creativity, collaboration, and growth. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a healthy, professional, and supportive atmosphere.

I worked in sales and a typical day is spent with customers. I learned persistence and commitment to customers service. Management is firm while staying open to suggestions and novel ideas. The hardest part of the job is to coordinate customers'  calls within different fields and to chase busy targets. The most enjoyable part of the job is to work with collaborative colleagues, under the leadership of highly involved managers, and to meet interesting people while offering unique niche solutions. Would highly recommend working for the company!

The learning opportunities were good and I am especially grateful for my Manager who took me under his wing and guided me throughout my time there. The knowledge and skills I gained have been invaluable and had a positive impact on my professional growth.
