Good work environment but they will watch you make mistakes that you are unaware of and still give you positive feedback. They will wait for those mistakes to accumulate and then abruptly let you go via telephone in the evening on a weekend. Very unprofessional. Many employees complain that promotions are based off popularity and favouritism instead of based off of skills and experience. Many employees continuously have negative comments about upper management and insubordination is evident but hidden. 

The environment is great. Everyone appears friendly and helpful. CEO is not so nice. He plays a part in the interview process of everyone, seems he doesn't have much work to do. The CEO is a bit egotistical. What a joke. They need to have a dress code, the HR dresses in belly top shirt and sleeveless, seems a bit unprofessional. No proper structure, no one to onboard and show you around properly. They need better leaders. The turn over rate is really bad. No one stays for too long. 

Mitrex's commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices is very unique, which makes them different from any other company. I feel proud to be associated with the company. I am working as a marketing coordinator here, and my personal experience has been just stunning.

I've been very fortunate to have worked with the team at Mitrex, and I can say that their expertise is beyond compare. Everyone there was always so encouraging and determined to help make my goals a reality. It was almost like being part of an extended family. 

I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Mitrex, and they are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and driven. They have always helped me to attain the goals I've set for myself, and I felt like part of the team. I would highly recommend working with them.

Please do yourself a favor and don't work here..you will be stressed about your job.You will always wonder why they let go of the previous person and you will be on edge all the time..no proper communication between team members and blame culture is always there..management is never satisfied with your work and they let go of people for any reason they can find

There is a lot of work. Work under pressure, as the owner says: "We are not a family where everyone is pulling the weaker one, we are a football team where a stronger player is bought instead of a weak one." Therefore, you can be fired any day, even after several years of cooperation.

I joined Mitrex because of its superior goods and services, and I haven't been let down. The company is truly making a difference in the world, and I feel proud to be a part of it. I have gained a lot of valuable skills and experiences through my work here.

I have worked at Mitrex for two years, and it has been a great place to work. They have a collaborative culture, which has helped me grow professionally. I have received great support from management, and my coworkers have helped me a lot in my working experience. 

The work environment is extremely stressful due to poor management and lack of proper planning. Expectations change frequently, priorities are unclear, and there is very little structure around workload or deadlines. As a result, you often feel like you’re constantly in firefighting mode.
