Job is seriously a workout at times having to carry these 10 foot boxes that weigh 100+lbs all over the warehouse with barely any time to catch your breath. Majority of workers are temp and often quit at lunch or by the end of the day so you are often having to pick up the slack of other workers and the job is on a tight schedule. warehouse doesn't have locations printed at all so you have to physically walk down the warehouse aisles sometimes multiple times to see where a specific item is stored that and all item picking is done through paper that you aren't always able to bring with you so not only do you have to remember what item(s) you need to get but also what aisle they are in and they don't want to wasting time and sometimes haste you for taking to long but for the most part all the workers there are very respectful and actually thank you for your work and the effort you put in. Not the worst job but I would only recommend it if you enjoy physical work or you don't mind it or if you really need the money

Order picking is the most stressful part and don’t forget that the team works together so you don’t feel the pressure

I entered as a temporary worker eleven years ago and was quickly promoted to manager as my bosses noticed my hard working nature and were pleased with how quickly i caught on to the business. This is an environment where you meet lots of different loyal customers. In this environment it is fast paced, hard work and a great way to get in a workout.

This is not a caring place. It has its cliques. Poorly managed. They say great things but really not a great place to work. It has it's people to avoid, that will screw you over if they can. High expectations. Not many thanks for a job well done either.

Mitten is a fast paced environment where team members work together to ensure goals are met daily.  Employees are compensated well for the task performed and able to earn bonus money.   Excellent benefits and always looking to improve thro corporate initiatives

I enjoyed working with this company through and through. Wonderful management and employees. I hope nothing has changed with this branch, as I really enjoyed working with them.

Continental shift were great, wages are good but not fair to work load and responsibility level, very poor air quality

Pay was decent. Layoff season was pretty stressful. Boss was alright. Some free lunches. Break times were good. Some workers were lazy so you were forced to pick up the slack.

Fast paced, supervisors are knowledgeable. Hot in the summer. Continental shifts aren't for everyone.  Lots of great team members. Just don't fall into the rumor mill.

My manager is a really great person, makes the work place very easy to come to,

Only issue is lack of movement in the company
