A typical day at work?
There is not a lot of difference between days. Same oil changes, same chores, just nothing really changes or is different between days

How is management?
If you keep your head down and do as your told, you'll be just fine and really like the managers. But if you feel there is something that you would like to bring to attention... they immediately shut it down. They have a very weird system of treating there employees. 

Overall?
I feel like I belong there. The people who I work with, for the most part, is very easy and fun to work with. I feel a lot is expected of me, and I don't feel compensated. They have benefits but its cheaper to buy your own. As a person who needed benefits, I found that they didn't care. If your looking to advance in your career, this is absolutely a dead end job. But if you are looking for a job in mechanics and trying to get experience, this is a good place to work. They will not help you going to school. 

-did oil changes and fluid exchanges on vehicles
-learned a lot about preventative maintenance on cars, trucks and suvs and now know which vehicles I would and would not buy myself
-the management was not that great because she did not know a thing about cars
-coworkers were great, we all got a long very well and worked well together
-hardest part of the job was probably taking the giant skid plates of hummers, other than that everything was pretty straight forward once you learned the basic concepts
-making commission on sales was the best part to boost my pay check, never sold anything to anyone that they did not need. made recommendations and if they wanted the service great, if not I just threw it on their invoice and let them take care of the service when ever they wanted to

What is the best part of working at the company?
First year only you can work happy after you will get more pressure and stress until you quit and no far wage  plus no increase on your wage

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Work different thing what you been hired for like cut grass snow removal car wash self service snow removal and much more

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The owner is Italian and doesn't come to shop 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not that busy in weekdays  but sometimes very busy

A nice place to work. They have smoke/coffee breaks in between jobs. Learned the value of timing there because the more vehicles you work on the more benefits you earn. The coworkers are usually friendly since you get to hangout for the major part of the day. What seems to be the hardest part is the fact that you might have to be on your feet all day long.... But its not that bad, the little breaks can work for you

Do you like to work on cars but don't know a whole lot yet? This job is right for you! Over my personal time working at Mobil 1 Lube Express, I've now done over 3600 Oil changes, Tire repairs, Tire rotations, Differential Servicing and Fuel filters. Great job for a young guy or girl to jump into a fast paced high energy job.

Worst people i’ve ever met, as a woman i would expect respect. Treated me horribly, the boss told me “sit still and look pretty” while the guys did the work even though i did all the cleaning. Worst people ive ever met in my life. What a shame for an environment thats supposed to be welcoming man…

Overall great place to work with a very good bonus package.   Good management and team culture.  Work hours are very flexible.  The company also sponsors new technicians to get their ITA certification.

Super fun, lots of learning experiences, staffs amazing, willing to spend the time to make you confident in your work, spend the money to make your job easier, everything is awesome there 10/10 

Completed multiple different routine services on many different vehicle makes and models. Always a clean environment and customers are consistently dealt with in a professional manner.

Work with different kinds of vehicle ranging from economy to luxury vehicles. Everyday is a learning experience. Helpful co-workers and flexible management.
