Mobile Climate Control

I am a high energized self-drive person to any of the tasks from very small to very big - whatever it is , providing the detail plan and budget, resourcing everything to implement the plan and guide the fellows from hrs to weeks. Open-mind and encouragement to anyone employees under my managements and build up team work environments and honest / respective culture in all the time frame.
The hardest jobs may be is how to balance the office work and personnel life - this was being a pressure from family life so hopes the new opportunity will able to provide the flexible working time and place. I am very enjoy the work with me every time when I sit in front of the computer- this may has give me the best experience in the past to handle a very complicated global projects through all over the world...

-As I am holding a progressive and challenging position at MCC 
I would like to contribute all of my engineering, design, software skills to my work.
Therefore, the work I perform needs to increase in difficulty as I am looking forward to overcoming these challenges and being rewarded appropriately for this.

It was great that I could participated and challenged with a range of projects as it’s important for me to keep productive, innovative and positive for MCC.

1- Maximize profitability.
2- Product quality improvements
3- New cost effective design concepts(Lowest cost/highest profit)
4- Targeting new customer base specially R & D projects opportunity.

I worked here for 2 nights then quit. I was never given my work schedule so I missed a work shift. Then I went in on a Sunday night and the plant was closed. I drove all the way from Ajax. When I called HR instead of admitting they made a mistake they accused me of lying and that the person interviewing me told me the schedule which was a complete LIE. 

When I went in for my interview they didn't even know I was coming and NEVER bothered to apologize for me making me wait 40 mins wasting my time  It's the worst experience I've ever had being hired. I cannot stress this enough DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

What is the best part of working at the company?
Bad company to invest your future. This company is biased and would terminate an employeee without a valid reason.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Team leaders and supervisors here were an ethical. They should resign!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic company, I could not stess it enough.

I hope that I did not spend time working on this garbage company.

Any where in company metal department or assembly department or engineering  department or in a office.

Most in metal fabrication department.

Company like most Indian people so many in their. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Day time most I like it because I did work 20 years day shift.

As company manufacturing heating devices and air conditioning devices ,its running good, my job was to bend the metal parts as per job requirements.The manager called few of us from previous job who were laid off. as he wanted to starts afternoon shift for this company.we provided few more names of people who were willing to work and they were specialized in certain tasks.thus th'us they started afternoon shift but after 8-9 month, company gave us lay-off

For 2 to 3 month you're considered a temporary employee. If a new naive applicant wants the position, you'll be laid off within that time frame to avoid granting benefits. the majority of people I've met there have only been there for a few weeks and It's clear why. But for those who have been there longer, It's treated as common knowledge. Complete disregard for the common employee.

Good and fun place to work. Work day start with test request order. Test articles are provided or you have to find them in stock. Helpful
management. Multi culture place to work in. Multi tasking in normal in a day, Some time the task of finding info on the test part was not easy. No direction how to do the test one has to find his own way to perform test that will produce the required data. It was enjoyable to setup the test,

Friendly colleagues.  Good hourly pay.  Good benefits.

 Work with minimum supervision.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Assembly line manufacturing, testing and packaging.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Testing and Packaging and shipping.

Everyone is nice and willing to help. A very positive work environment in the office. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing becomes to stressful. Have to deal with multiple tasks and projects at once but people are willing to help.
