CMM programming for hi-precision part and components inspection,  provide technical analysis reports to engineering, manufacturing teams,.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Challenge is everywhere, have to pay more attention in details, no matter is little or big.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
open working environment,  team work orientation. All resources are open to everyone if you want promotion yourself,  learn new skills.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
effective communication through all levels, focus quality targets through all teams.

Mold Masters is a large manufacturing company with employees all over the globe. Typical day involved troubleshooting manufacturing issues during assembly, creating KPI reports, working with sales engineers to figure out design problems related to injection molding. Best part was learning from the experienced team, some of who had been with the company for over 20 years.

I worked at mold masters as an intern. Like any company, it has it's ups and downs, but in the end I enjoyed my time there. Even as an intern I had meaningful work that made an impact. My boss was very good at getting things done while maintaining a positive work environment, there were many times when he stood up for us and that doesn't go unappreciated.

Horrible management,  running the company with manipulation and like a dictatorship, hard workers get no where

The atmosphere is actually like an abusive relationship  I moved around in the company laterally to try and find comfort, and it took me 13 years to get out

Typical day is run run run, work through lunch  arrive early stay late
You are only remembered by your last mistake

I was trained by the coworker and was doing the job very well.
where I did not understand the there was somebody to help me.
we followed the job instruction sheet, built assemble to work sheet.
position and attach hardware such as back plane and rack aassembly.

Company was making big changes since being bought out by parent company Milacron. Overall good work environment, but there was a lot of pressure from management in making the adaptations.

very nice working environment.
all staffs are supportive on machine floor area. 
HR so helpfull as well. 
floors are clean and marked. so wide spaces work comfortably in assembly area.
