Molinaros Fine Italian Foods

On a typical Sunday evening I would plan my week ahead, which stores were due for a visit and which ones were priorities for other reasons.  On Monday morning I would turn in my reports for the previous week and prepare the materials I needed for the current week.  I would visit stores every day, up to 55 for the week, and report any new products I found or any concerning issues I encountered.

I learned all about the inner workings of the accounts that I called on.

This is a family-operated business and that must be respected first and foremost.

Many of the employees have been with the company from the beginning.  The company values and relies on long-term experience.

It takes a new employee a while to become familiar with all the different products and the time at which you will arrive home is unpredictable which can be a problem for people with children.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the variety.  As a Sales Merchandiser, you are for the most part calling on stores day in and day out, but for this company, you could at a moment's notice be on your way to who knows where for some unexpected reason.  You could also be pulled from your regular duties for an extended period because of the launch of a new program.  The more varied your experience, the more valued your perspective.

The job brings out a lot in me. I get to show my creative side at the same time enjoy the administrative part of my day to day. The most challenging part of the job is meeting timelines since most requests are show notices. However, with the help of all the departments and coordination of all of us we are able to complete our tasks on time. I have learned a lot of the technical art of the job as well as what it really takes to achieve smooth product launches. I enjoy seeing results of my work right away.

Fast paced work but it is easy to clean. the staff is very helpful. Feel more comfortable doing the job. All days are same at work. I had learnt about the processing of pizza dough and production of pizzas from start to finish.understands all phases of work.

Everyday brought their own unique sets of challenges and tribulations but it was exhilerating being able to try and employ different tactics to solve different problems.

Ladies are very illmannered . Dont know how to behave. Was working as a general worker here . But very stressful environment. They are treating people as robots.

Fast paced environment with no benefits for employees.
Supervisors do not care about the employees, they just want to get their work done on time without thinking about employees.
