Easily the worst place I have ever worked for as a server. An extremely toxic environment created by a very angry GM, hostile head Chef, and entitled senior staff members. I would not recommend this place to anybody looking for a job in hospitality. Every position from the kitchen to the bussers is talked down to. A horrid atmosphere in a stuck-up environment. How you treat people ultimately tells all. Integrity is everything and this place has none of it

I have been challenged since day 1 as the management and lead people are quick to teach and show you how to improve. Some of my colleagues complained about minor things, but overall, I can only say that if you want to work and keep your head down, this is a good restaurant to be part of.
Compensation is good and some people forget that things are inevitably linked to your contribution and efforts. For me, it is a great group of co-workers and Family meal is always a full meal!

I consider myself lucky to have gotten the opportunity to work with such an amazing team. Everyone’s super sweet, welcoming  and helpful which makes it easy to adjust. The supportive and fun work atmosphere here makes it something I look forward to every week and the fact that I get the chance to learn firsthand from my supervisor who has so much experience is the cherry on the cake!

As someone who'd searched for the perfect 9-5/11-7 desk job; this is it! 

Momofuku is an enchanting experience - from the staff, to the managers, to the menus.

Fair pay rates, close attention to the needs of employees, and constant support.

It was great. Learned a lot of cooking techniques when I was there, management was very solid and everything is structured very well. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting to work with many different types of food.

not a good team atmosphere unfortunately. I swear nobody ever smiled or laughed at this location. Aren’t we in hospitality? the guests can sense when things are tense. Be better! 

very energetic and consistently looking to challenge it's employees. offers work life balance and an opportunity to work with some very experienced employees.

productive and fun place. lots of learning happening and was a busy time to for operations. grew a lot, worked under stress and made very little but again, learned a lot I guess.

Very fair work environment. Management does care about individuals in their team. All the other team members were excellent as well. I had lots of fun working there and miss it.

Very stressful. Intense work environment. Very long hours. 

Pros
Work with a lot of great people. Opportunity to learn a lot about restaurants and systems.
