A regular day would be serving several entrees in an organized and professional manner / clearing tables / and tending to the needs of the guests.

Working at this establishment I've learned that a lot goes into planning even the smallest functions, never will I take for granted littlest details and effort people put into events.

My management team is a very understanding and incredible bunch to work with. I get along with them all and though they may have about 100 staff, they seem to know everyone by name.

My co-workers are all team members, helping others where and when ever they can. In an occupation such as this, it is very important to be friendly, extrovert and out going and they all seem to embody these traits.

The hardest part of the job would be carrying heavy trays filled with glasses, plates and cutlery, while focusing on balancing them. However after the third or fourth tray, you get accustomed to it.

The most enjoyable part would be leaving with the satisfaction that we were able to supply the client with their needs, listening to great music, getting to view different type of cultures in matrimony.

I worked as a Front desk agent at a hotel with them for 2 years.

I had little to no experience but they provided training.  I liked that I was give the opportunity when most employers did not even offer me an interview.

I believe that good companies look at the individual and hire people with a good attitude, then the rest can be trained and that is exactly the kind of employer this is!

This establishment basically only needs people to serve food to people. They do not train you, and then expect you to know exactly what you are doing when you go work for them. Once they schedule you to a banquet hall, they send you with what you need to wear, the time, and the address.

Really fun staff to be with. Simple yet busy working environment. As far as management goes, not so much. Free food which is a total plus. Some locations include golf courses, hotels, banquet halls, private homes, and offices.If work was at a steady and closer place would be much better

I worked here for about 2 years as a Call Centre representative.  There is room for advancement and I was made a team lead after about 1.5 years.

Overall nice place to work and decent focus on employee's

Kitchen, server, housekeeping duties. The most enjoyable part of this work is to organized all the catering at big events, and meet the clients with a kind service and a big smile

Great family, great company. Very enjoyable. Plenty of opportunity to move up in the company. Great venues and a variety of work genres to experience.
