I had a very positive experience here. The people are very warm, friendly and hard-working. They care about doing a good job like I do. Like so many other companies, hiring sufficient, additional resources was a constant challenge so many of us worked hard to keep up with delivery. Management was in turn very understanding, flexible and supportive. Great employee resource groups.

Great company trying to comeback however it will be a challenge as company brand outside of HR is almost nonexistent. Ask anyone who  Monster is and they will tell you a drink or cable company. Traffic is low and candidate applies are lower than needed to make a comeback. Which is really too bad as the company itself has god people and good culture.

75 calls are required however multiple meetings in one day. They care more about quantity than quality. Disorganized organization and executive assistant has it out to get you. They try and offer incentives but the company is so cheap the most you will get is a $25 gift card from amazon.

Monster has excellent partnerships and wonderful people to work with.  Competition has affected market share and has forced the company to reinvent themselves with the goal of emerging as the number one leader in the space.

Halloween Haunt is a fun and entertaining job where you aren't stuck at one place and you're able to move around getting good exercise and enjoying scaring guests.

After the randstad acquisition things changed. Culture changed and no one knew when they were going to be asked to pack up.

Overall a decent culture. Management at the time could've improved a lot. Some travel to Montreal for meetings and a Christmas party. Atmosphere was somewhat like working in silos.

The management team was not too good before 2017, but I suppose this is changing now.

Poor culture.   Micro-managed.    Not a very fun place to work.   Very poor leadership.   No direction.  Company keeps falling further behind in the marketplace.

Company in trouble. Not many chances for advancement. The friendly environment was terrific.
