American based company with American-like values. High stress work, treated like robots, constantly understaffed and very slow to hire. If  youre hired through an agency it can take 6-8 months to be hired as permanent. HR do not care about your concerns at all.

Management is very poor and handling operations, always asking to do overtime. Difficult just to ask for a day off, yet management takes 6 weeks vacation/year. 

Wage increases less than $0.70/year and is non-negotiable. If youre in production be prepared for repetitive mundane work.
