You must know how to read a tape measure, you are put to train with an experienced employee and must learn to understand what you are reading and use correct materials, if not sure of what you are doing ASK for clarification. Your performance/workmanship affects other areas of the process.
People is nice to work with, most of them are willing to help you.

productive and good environment. production is stable line of assembly . they produce truck boxes in aluminium walls and structure for three sizes of trucks. It was an American company   but Canadian investors  took over of the facility

If you don't mind working with weird people this is your dream job, also you will be working with very little training, also you feel like you shouldn't ask questions, because you don't know how they respond!!!! I would not recommend this workplace to anyone 😔


 supervisor don't no how to do there job I was fired because they didn't like me I was able to do the job an was able to do over time all the time an do the job by myself so for me to get fired for no reason just dosnt make sense

Supportive coworkers?  Never heard!
If you screw up - it's on you!

Horrible company filled with really horrible people who don’t want to help you at all they just want to get you fired if you’re a good worker, and the company doesn’t care about their employees at all

I m looking to earn more than from Morgan that's why I m lookin for new jobs  I m hard working work over time  can work in weakened too can work in any shifts

It is a strong company with full time stable positions. Good jobs.
I saw everybody was happy in their positions .
The training is very good till you have enough skills

management was a mess, very little knowledge from the lead supervisor, pay was ok, great team leaders, the job was easy enough to learn, but they do move you around the plant a lot

Interview process took over nearly 2 months. Management could be more involved. Pay was fair. Standard benefits. When dealing with HR, be your own advocate.
