This company will make you do hard labor messy labor and never thank you for doing a good job or never reward it for doing the right thing. They go through people like a deck of cards because the management is so terrible. Horrible people to work for. Not nice. Underpaid, was glad to be gone. The gas light you, blame you for things that aren't your fault and get you in trouble for things that you didn't do. This is like a prison. There's a reason why they're always hiring people because they're always people quitting cause it's so bad.

The pay and the learning experience, learn hard work and earn your pay

Getting used to the work take about 3-4 weeks to get adjusted.

Great for anyone willing to work hard and listen I had a great experience. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
For a delivery helper: Pack the truck, unstrap the delivery cargo, carry everything where it needs to be and repeat.

Nothing. Company culture is beyond toxic.

Not really stressful.outside of the rampant nut tap game

Toxic and terrible the place is ran by tyrants management and is filled with bigots. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Early morning with a fair bit of decently fulfilling hard labour. That gets over shadowed by the rampant bad attitude of majority of the employees

Great environment, team members were always supportive and friendly.

The demand and pressure on departments.

Everyone works together as a family.

This company expects hard work without any praise. There’s no proper structure for training. Communication is very minimal, workers give their input and frustrations with on going operational procedures and no one listens. Poor leadership all around, at the end of the day all they care about is profit and pay very minimal attention to the frontline workers that actually make this company move.  

Morin supply is by far one of the best places I've worked. The people are what make it so great. Overall the atmosphere is very welcoming. Management is good to their employees and offers fair opportunities for growth. Great at work to home life balance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for both employment or purchase of construction supplies. 

Delivering drywall is the most physically demanding job I've ever had, the hours are long which is fine but the work itself is brutal. What I did learn from this job was to check and double check all my work, we were responsible for checking the truck making sure the proper amount of product was on the truck for delivery. Also making sure the supplies were properly tied down for safety.

 i dedicated 12 years on my life there and during that time I held three different position in my time there. the only reason why i left was given an opportunity i could not refuse to further my skills and management. Morin Bros helped me build the foundation to where i am today and to that im very greatful.

It can be difficult to know each and every product , but the people who you work with are good people who would help out without any issue. 
You definitely will learn a lot about the construction industry and the products they use at this place. 

Fast paced, as part of the delivery team, you work hard daily but get paid well.  
Some days can be long, just like
Any other job.  
If you work hard and have initiative you can move up in The company, many people have moved up.   Many people have been there for
Many years.  
Good pay.
