What is the best part of working at the company?
Great support and knowledgeable co-workers. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Big case load and long wait list for patients, but MPCN provides great support. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Supportive and open. Lots of different backgrounds that provide a well-rounded team. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy, typically taking five patients a day. I worked her during covid so I imagine in the office would be much different. e

Very weak Management, decisions,  how they treat staff, how decisions are made; impersonal and cold
Low morale - no wage increases

Despite some growing pains as the organization matures, Mosaic is a place where people are committed and passionate about what they do, no matter what job they’re in. The compensation and benefits are competitive for most positions, and the organization is getting better and better in terms of how services are organized and supported internally. 

Overall this is a good company to work for, people are really quite nice, there are a lot of communication issues, misunderstandings and gaps, but it is a fairly new company with growing pains.  
Wages are ok, but there is no room for advancement and there are wage freezes.

Its a wonderful place to work. The people are nice and good working environment. Your team is there for you and supports you, people actually care for each other. the salary range could improve, most jobs have low pay.

They don’t hire within, they don’t retain employees, there is high turnover, they waste tax payers dollars on programs that don’t work or are not run well. 

I found working in this company to be very low paying, a lot of favoritism, a lot of promises never kept.  Disgruntled employees everywhere.  A lot of meetings that seem to accomplish big picture items, but not many smaller employee related items.

Its a great high stressed, face paced environment. You have to be willing to take on multiple tasks at once. Its hard at times with the language barrier but you learn new things everyday.

The salary and benefits are good for healthcare but you need the benefits to stay sane if you work there. 
Poorly managed PCN with issues at the top of the organization to the bottom with bullying coworkers.
Would not work here.

There is no job security.  I have watched long time employees let go for no reason other that they thought they were being paid too much and could get help for a lower rate of pay.  Morale is low.
