Stay away ive been in the oilfield for over 21 years and ive never and hope to never again be employed by people or a intitution like this ever again....I continually speak with the numerous staff that have been let go (great people) and all feel the same as I do.


They hired me to replace a person who was leaving then he decided to stay , horrible situation to be in and even more horrible inhumane people to work for.

Work as assistant to CEO, front end reception, and admin. Everyday you learn something new, management is fair and friendly. The culture is motivated, and is like working with your family not just as co-workers. The job can be fast pace, and clear communication is key. The environment here positive and comfortable. It is a place where you want to stay for the long term.

Didn't want to give any stars, but had to, to do this review. I would give this company "-" negative review. People please don't waste your time for this circus. Really cheap company, they do not care about the employees. They expect you to do everything and pay you absolutely nothing. Not a professional company

Company did not offer opportunities for advancement.

No structure. No organization. Very top heavy management run company.


Given make work projects that were not beneficial to the company.

Repeated tasks over and over again to meet demanding, unrealistic expectations of CEO.

Self motivated way of business, only issue is management doesn't understand the market trends so your always under the gun if not making budget even if its out of your control. Shop staff very friendly and fun to work with.

Supervisor lied to keep another employee from getting fired and terminated me.  EI determined wrongful dismissal. I would not recommend working here unless they get a new supervisor.

They have recently relocated and the CEO has changed. The company is transforming and is successful. It will go places. They are hiring good people and the chances of advancement are good.

No tools you need to do the job as needed. And, there were lots of harassment by colleagues on the job. There clear preferences of people who work there. If you not part of those people, then you will be as less. Washroom is too dirty too.

Not enough tools to get the job done.Experience of working with co- workers was not supportive. Too much politics on floor and management level. I would not recommend anybody to work there.

There are far too many negative things to say about this company. If you're seeking job security and a positive working environment, do not apply for Most Oil.
