What is the best part of working at the company?
A few friendly coworkers. Long hours that other jobs might not provide, albeit less than minimum wage after gas money for most brokers.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Mistakes are your responsibility, time is money since the wages for brokers are not hourly, but by the delivery.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Brokers are expendable, some staff will treat them terribly while others are kind. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
10 hour days, rushing all over Niagara with breaks meaning you won't be making any money. Get ready to bust your behind while also driving safely to avoid accidents in order to make a living wage after paying your own gas bill.

Motorcade Ind., was an extremely busy place to work. Starting at 8:00am
everyday would not get a break until close to 2:00pm in the afternoon
on most days. Employee input or suggestions were not considered 
welcome. The money was good, the only problem was, input from
the employee was ignored or considered not worth while.  Suggestions
from the employees were considered unwelcome. Enough was enough,
didn't like being treated as Mr. nobody.  Time to move on.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's up and down mostly up it's a decent culture

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Now we have a good time we do what we have to do and get the job done

I worked there for about 5 months and it was the worse place ever the people there dont care lots of absenteeism and lack of respect for management and lack of caring about thier jobs. This is due to the Warehouse Manager and VP of the company as they have no concept of how to run the warehouse. They just keep running around in circles until they want to change the operation.

you deliver parts to garages and its long hours but not bad since you earn money for each delivery you make. The co workers were older but liked to joke around and the whole environment is fun unless you want to be alone all day then its not the best job.

Motorcade is the worst place to work!! Thank god I left when I did!!! Would never recommend this place to anyone!!! You can’t even take your two breaks that you are entitled to. But you can’t leave early to make up for the breaks!!!!!

Management was terrible lots of yelling down talking from the head manager. No Growth in company. Would recommend if you want a relaxing driving job but wouldn’t recommend if otherwise.

Job is nice to work for experiance. Management is very micro management. No room for growth. Hours are good to work. Benefits were ok then changed to minimal coverage.

Not a bad place to start or stay, Great people,Good environment,Understanding staff,Never boring, If your worried  that you wont fit in .. Don`t  you`ll do fine, even if you have to  experience

It is a labour job so don’t expect growth here. No room to grow you are stuck at your position because no one is retiring so no one is hiring within. Repetitive and damages your body within a period of time.
