Working for Mox1 was interesting. I've learned a lot working here, my public speaking and confidence has greatly improved thanks to the people i work with. The work is commission based,  with 100% of the earnings you make is yours. The Great thing about working for a company like Mox1 was the opportunity for advancement, if i made great sales i had the chance to take out interviews and grow my team. To the point i can move up and become and assistant manager, and after that you would be able to start and run your own office. the only down side if you arnt performing you will never advance, and if you aren't performing you wont be able to make much money.

Mox1 is a great place to start up if you have no experience and are looking to develop yourself as an individual
Nice environment, motivating but it's totally commission based
No base pay
So you earn only if you perform well
If you are very good at talking to people and influential you might do well
Very long working hours too
You might not be able to have any personal life
Overall ok and good experience

A typical day at work would be going through some morning meetings and breakouts. i learned a lot about sales and how to deal/manage people with different backgrounds and different personalities. the management is amazing, if you are struggling in a certain area they would go out of the way to help them. the culture of the office is amazing they play R&B music to get everyone pumped up.

My experience at Mox1 has been exceptional. The work environment is like no other, such great atmosphere, and energy at all time. Personal development is huge and the communication, leadership, management skills acquired are not only useful on the job but they are tangible skills that can be applied in all aspects of life. It is such a great opportunity, and one of the best things about the job is all the amazing people you get to meet and work with.

My experience at Mox1 has helped me grow my skills as an individual. I had the opportunity to train, learn about public speaking and managing others. Great team work and  environment (great balance in growth and having fun!). I had the potential to grow and hopefully I can own my business within the next year.

It was great working there when I did. The manager was great, and the opportunity to move up within a company was great. The skills that you learn there even if you don’t stay are very transferable

Commission based and dishonest business practices towards potential customers. Competitive and all about the sale without regard for ethics. World not recommend.
