Poor Management and the owners and relatives are also the employee .
Lot of Favoritism.
Always promise to promote you after a year still no promotion and no raise..

a typical shift at Mr.Puffs was 6 hours long and consisted mostly of cleaning the buckets of dough once they were used. part of my job also consisted of helping prepare the dough. the hardest part of the job were the hours. the most enjoyable part was that there was always something to do.

Abusive management, lead staff are not good at training. Would not work here. Owners are always angry and never support their staff. Management is very disrespectful and disorganized, they don't even know the job.

Some days are quiet some can be very busy. There is quite a lot on the menu to learn but management takes their time with training and honestly have a lot of patience. Staff/Management is very nice and helpful. 

I enjoy the work environment staff is friendly and helpful. Place is very flexible when it comes to scheduling, no complaints from working here..quick advancement in job 

Friendly bosses and co-workers. Great place to work. Very clean. I never had any complaints. Flexible work hours. Fair treatment to everyone. They acknolwedge work well done.

low paying, fast paced on weekends, managers don't seem to be completely aware of certain issues the store has. Very low stock some days will have to tell customers certain items arent available

i loved everything about this job other than the management! the job is super fun & easy. all the tasks you must complete need minimal effort. so other than management i loved it!

There is a lot of favoritism at this job and the managers are never there. Always understaffed or overstaffed. The job itself is really easy though and relaxing. 

Great place to work friendly staff and management 
The job is not hard but it is rewarding 
The customer service is the best I've seen so far its excellent
