Mullen Trucking Corp.

Mullen is a very good Company to work for. I never had any issues with equipment , support or requested time off. I would still be there if my run allowed me a little more time at home for my wife. I always looked forward to the beginning of my run and I always looked forward to Fridays. My job had a difficult dispatch but that is something I liked about it, it gave me an urgency to get it done and I always got it done, which I was proud of. Anytime there was a question from either party it was addressed immediately. I truly loved the work!

It was a great place to work before Mullen bought it. ( formerly Marshall Trucking ). They promoted someone to manager that should have never seen that position. Numerous long time employees have left there due to the management. They are extremely condescending to work for. Human Resources is not a good tool to use for assistance. All in all, stay away from Mullen Dedicated Logistics, at least while the present manager is still employed.

You are a number not an employee. Safety preached but only practiced when it doesnt affect the bottom dollar. They value the publics  assesment of your driving skills over your proven great driving skills. Lots of inexperienced tractor trailers drivers that damage customer property with no consequences as they hide it . No raises in over 3 years. 

I was on a dedicated parts run about 5 or 6 years ago was great pay and benefits however the office staff should be on that virtual TV program "undercover Boss" to learn what it's like out here in the real world...

Needed a relief driver  overall great place to work  Newer equipment Very safety oriented. Left alone by dispatch to do your job. Above average pay. Good safety bonuses 

A typical day would be answering phones, conversing with inside and outside customers. Daily front end duties. The employees are very friendly and they treat each employee like part of a family.

Was great at time of hire, but shortly after they got rid of senior management, then the workload began to slowly increase, leading to poor morale amongst the entire organization.

My experience with Mullen Trucking was a enjoyable as everyone worked as a well oiled machine and the runs worked smooth even though tough road conditions and when we were short handed 

Mullen was a great place to work and be.  They are vey focused on Health and Safety and being a leader in the industry.  The Mullen Group never stops looking for ways to grow.
