Most co-workers awesome. Very helpful, cooperative, professional and easy going. Management doesn't give raises until you try leaving for better opportunities and they know they need you. Promotions aren't performance or seniority based. Orders constantly contradictory and change, placing the blame and mistakes on worker not manager.
Manager did coach and teach me a fair amount, but with contradictory orders, things became confusing.
Communication between management seems to always place workers at fault.


Pros

-Paid lunch breaks.

-Carry cool gear (handcuffs, flashlight, baton)

-Make a huge difference in community, giving actual protection and genuine safe feeling to many people.

-Management sometimes coaches for improvement.

-Management seems to try and schedule the best workers in their preferred schedule.

Cons

-Pay for all equipment out of own pocket.

-Can't leave some sites for any reason. (Didn't bother me usually. But some coworkers left anyway. Not professional of them)

-Sometimes used own vehicle gas and not paid for it.

There's more but it could paint a target on me.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Every media personnel is given the creative freedom to express themselves in the art.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Outdoor shots are usually stressful, but working in an organized environment like this makes it seemless.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I work like I am home and with family members. Even though its a work environment, I have so much fun doing what I love and earning from it at the same time. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The company culture encourages new clients and new ways of doing business so a typical day I never boring.
I look forward to going to work everyday

I learned a lot on this job. Compensation was fair and co-workers were easy to get along with. Great bosses and training provided. Hours were long but the work made it go by quickly. 

To deadly just burning rod man, they had me rolling 96” heavy wall out in the yard there and I finished up 20,000 inches in just under 4 days would of been nice to have a fellow welder
