The only thing world class about this organization is the sociopath training course you must complete in order to join the leadership team.

Do you like being undermined?  Constantly sworn at?  Do you enjoy having absolutely no impact whatsoever in your role because your duties change multiple times per day?  The only support you can look forward to are demeaning telephone calls and e-mails!

Surely there is some silver lining in this "world class" organization?  Absolutely!  Enjoy the poor health benefits and pension plan that doesn't match any of your contributions until year two.  With the average tenure of a Multy employee at about 63 days, there is no pension benefit.

The delusional owners play puppet master very well, and I would recommend you stay far away at all costs.  Your professional reputation will suffer, your mental health will deteriorate, and you will wish you listened to those unbelievable Indeed reviews.

The very positive thing you gain from this company is perspective.  Perspective to realize you are worth more than wasting your health and life at this company.  Perspective that in 2019, there are still employers who purposely enjoy playing with people's livelihoods for no good reason.

The most important perspective?  The perspective to never join a company like this.

Although it's been some time, I can vividly remember the amount of bickering, finger-pointing and overall combative nature of working here. Constant pressure on timelines and multi-tasking for which it was next too impossible to obtain. Once I started, I was upfront with the news of my Mom's diagnosis of terminal cancer. They we're appreciative and said they would help out when needed. Overall, I managed anything off hours but the day came 3 months later. My Mom passed. That was 10am on a Monday morning. Obviously, extremely upset and distraught. i informed my superior. I was offered condolences and the rest of the day and more if needed BUT we have a deadline, could I finish before I left. I was so distraught I did not know what to say or do. Obviously the work took 3x as long and then I was allowed to go to my father who was alone with my Mom. Something I find unforgivable. Take head that people higher up look after themselves first, not the interest of the people actually making it a success and will throw anyone under the bus to save themselves.

The company is still growing after 25 years in business, its not going to be an environment for everyone. Decisions are being made each day to begin proper processes to begin to fix the issues. It isn't as bad as it sounds. There have been promotions, employees who have been here many years are being recognized. 

Yes, not a great system, but the company is looking to implement one soon, its in the works. 

Its a good place to come in and hit the ground running. Open concept, transparent about what is happening in the business and at the least you know the expectations. 

Summer hours, without having to make up the time. I don't know what company does that, its definitely a plus here. This place isn't for everyone, but you can certainly shine here, bring your ideas. 

We are moving fast, results are coming.

The supervisor, line leader, and coworkers were okay and made the job bearable given the fast paced, exacting nature of the job. It's a factory,  so as is to be expected,  it is physically demanding.  The managers,  on the other hand,  were over the top unbearable. At times it felt as though we were working in a sweatshop and no real consideration given to the fact that we were human beings. Enough was never enough.  In addition, the constant undermining of the supervisor and line leader (in front of us)  made me question why they had been hired for their positions if their judgment was not going to be trusted. 

It really wasn't the type of workplace where you develop a fondness for being there. You show up because you have to, and you pray for the shift to come to an end.

A potentially very successful company if the HR dept and new COO would get their act together.
There is plenty of internal talent whom have given their heart and soul to this company and continue to do so
And it all goes unrecognized by the immediate management. They over look the talent that has kept this place afloat through its success. They have appreciated the profits and disregarded the efforts it took to get there.  The owners clearly want this to change but the management they have in place will never bring this to fruition. In fact daily,  they are working against it.
Free snacks and coffee, clean office and break room facilities. Some very lovely people to work with.

I worked there for the summer, the heat was unbearable at times and fans were distributed unevenly. Job site is very unsafe, no regulations are upheld and safe practices are rarely done. Lots of hard labour, beyond what a general labourer would expect to see.

The worst thing is that the head team has no communication with each other. Because of this disorganization is massive, product is sometimes packed on the shelves and sometimes lost somewhere in the warehouse. 

If you're looking for a short term job its manageable but I do not recommend working in this dirty, hot, and toxic environment.

I will not recommend this place work for job whose has to work with production.Its too hot, dusty and noisy. Company has good benefit program; but zero regards for safety and training. Management want to to just produce more and more by any means which you may be ended up in any shift. Without cost calculation, quality standard, maintenance plan, future investment for development and HR support; one of the manufacturing facility just running on gods name. All director and managers are amazing; but money always runs out as it ran without planning.

This organization is so unprofessional it was shocking. Yelling, belittling and backstabbing are the norm and is supported by ownership. Manufacturing and warehousing practices are very unsafe, it's amazing there have not been more injuries. Hourly job opportunities are good for those who want to keep their head down and just work. Office staff will have to be willing to deal with chaos and changing priorities almost daily. You will learn more here about how NOT to conduct business than anything else.  With many other job opportunities available right now I would skip this one if you have another choice.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Working with great coworkers, everyone is helpful in assisting to learn the basics of the duties.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Upper management has no guidance or support. No communication or time for proper preparation, expected to do overtime with no notice. Unrealistic expectations for deliverables.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
At first it was great, however when upper management changes every year, the moral of the teams are squashed and is now extremely toxic.
