The most stressful part can be balancing multiple responsibilities at the same time, especially during busy days. However, teamwork, patience, and positive communication help create a supportive and caring environment for both children and staff.

The work environment  is friendly, supportive, and team-oriented. Staff work together to create a positive, caring, and respectful atmosphere safe, encouraged, and supported for children.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at Munchkin Mansion includes welcoming children, planning learning activities, supporting play and routines, supervising meals and outdoor time, encouraging social skills, and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment throughout the day.

Munchkin Mansion is a great place to work. Like any company that goes through massive growth in a short period of time, there will be challenges; like culture shift, obfuscation of vision at different levels of management and inconsistent planning. However during the 'teenage' years, we're getting over some of those growing pains and really coming into our own and re-establishing our culture, clarifying our goals and delivering clear plans to be successful.

Everything used to be extremely fun and carefree, but things always were when you were a kid! Now that we're growing up, things are a little more serious, but that is critical to continue to evolve as a business.

Additionally, in context of a global pandemic, Munchkin Mansion is consistently exceeding expectations of how it is supporting its employees, communities and clients and I am truly proud to be a part of this group.

The best part of working at Munchkin Mansion Early Learning Centre would be being able to make a positive impact on children’s lives every day. I also enjoy working in a caring team environment and helping children learn through fun and creative activities.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part can be handling busy moments while making sure every child receives proper attention and care, but I work well under pressure and stay organized.

The work culture seems friendly, supportive, and focused on teamwork and child development.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day includes caring for children, organizing activities, ensuring safety, and working as a team to create a positive learning environment.

A typical day at work involves supervising children, planning activities, helping with routines, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. I learn a lot about patience, communication, teamwork, and handling different situations calmly. Management is generally supportive and approachable when help is needed. The workplace culture is friendly, fast-paced, and focused on providing quality care for the children. The hardest part of the job is balancing multiple responsibilities at once while staying attentive to every child’s needs. The most enjoyable part is building relationships with the children and seeing their growth and development each day.

Working with children has been one of the most rewarding experiences for me. Every day brings something new to learn, and the joy, creativity, and energy the children bring truly make my day better. I am grateful to be part of such an amazing college and workplace environment where I continue to grow both personally and professionally.

I also appreciate the positive atmosphere and the little celebrations and special moments we share from time to time, as they make the workplace feel welcoming and meaningful. Being able to support and guide children while learning from them at the same time is something I genuinely value and enjoy every day.

 I have been working at munchkin mansion  for almost 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience working here . The workplace culture is friendly, supportive, and welcoming. Management is understanding and encourages teamwork and professional growth. A typical day is busy but rewarding, with many opportunities to learn new skills while working with children. The most enjoyable part of the job is building relationships with the children and seeing their growth every day. The hardest part can be managing busy routines, but the supportive staff make it easier.

The manganent treats you like  garbage and make you feel worthless  and loke your in a personin , they write you up for dumb things and make you clean walls and do there office paperwork they can do them selves, when your clearly and educator  not a  janitor.  


The moral is so low  with staff it starts reflecting on the children.  The children don't feel safe coming there. You have no job security,  high stress situations, long hours , very low wage, stupid sick policy,  no time for you family or friends, some staff don't have any education at all . 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Working with children is a truly fulfilling experience. Their curiosity, energy, and creativity make each day enjoyable and meaningful. I appreciate being part of a supportive environment where I can help guide their growth while continuing to learn and develop myself.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Occasionally balancing the needs of multiple children and adapting to busy or unexpected moments while maintaining a calm, supportive environment.


I have learned so much over my time at Munchkin Mansion, I started off as an ECA in a classroom to become an ECE in the classroom and have worked my way up to head office. I enjoy my job thoroughly and feel that the work-life balance I receive from the job is a huge benefit. Everyone is so helpful and kind andwants everyone to succeed. I have developed so many genuine relationships through Munchkin Mansion which I am thankful for.

A rewarding place to work if you love kids. Great co-workers and parents who appreciate your presence. The workplace culture is excellent. The company promotes the well-being of its employees by providing staff appreciation days, referral bonuses, and even health benefits. It's a great workplace. Pay can be better.
