I will start off by saying fairwag offices of different municipalities and the labour board know this company really well!!! The worst run company ever. When they say late model equipment, they mean it! And believe me not maintained. Butcher patch work is done to get the equipment in and out. They DO NOT pay overtime and after 3 months you will b lucky to get benefits. Horrible management except for a few supervisors. I'll leave u with this... they disconnected all the A/C from their mini dump Landscaping Trucks in 2018 to cut costs.  They have at least 30 mini Landscaping truck. Do not wrk here.

Ive been employed @ Municipal for a number of years now, and have witnessed a transformation in that health and safety and training have become the number 1 priority in this company's working environment, harassment is not tolerated in any way shape or form. Fàirness and respect is displayed and encouraged at all times. My experience with this company has been positive and enjoyable overall and look forward to many more years at this establishment.

They don’t care about there employees, they don’t pay over time at all or holiday. Your not valued as a worker more like a work horse to them. Maintenance on equipment is never up to date, equipment safety shut offs never work on most equipment, trucks A/C never works and if you ask and it’s the hottest day in the summer they will just tell you “ you don’t need it better if you don’t have it”. Owner of the company doesn’t care about anybody but him self and makes up lies and stories to make you look bad. PS I use to work there and I left cuz I had enough of there poo

Smoking fat joints all day long, sleeping...

Having yo do some work every now and then

Extremely toxic,  hostile,  uncaring 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Miserable, wouldn't wish it upon anyone

Management is very rude and unprofessional in the mornings at the yard some of the managers will be yelling and using inappropriate language The drivers have no idea what they’re doing someone got hit by one of the big trucks while I was working there and they’re constantly messing up paycheques

I find that this company has work however a lot has to do with weather conditions. There are times when you will make good money however it is short lived. Mostly if there were benifits it would be great This company builds character in young people and helps in college funds.

Throughout my time working for Municipal I worked very long hard days which turned me into a hard working young adult. I worked with 2 of my friends which made the job more enjoyable.

Long hours but lots of them if you want them and can work them. Easy to apply and get hired. Work with a team. Equipment isn't maintained properly which makes doing the job difficult 

Nice place to work.I enjoy working for this company.
Management is good and very organized. All the jobs usually start 7am and end about 5pm.

it has sucked.. have to be at the yaed by 5:30 am and work long hours will not pay over time thwy only pay one way  will not pay to get back to the shop  no one clean there machines
