What is the best part of working at the company?
The employees were great to work with the detail shop was great to work in very roomy

Dealing with some management not knowing what was going on for solds some missed and trying to get ready on time 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very positive and stressful at same time it was great working with service and sales departments employees witch most were very fun to work with and sales managers awesome to work for

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Some days stressful because no direction or help other than that great to have had the experience of working there

This company did not honour our written contract for employment.  They did not offer first aid assistance when I reported my injuries, nor did they file the requisite WorkSafeBC documentation for the injuries in question. As I would later find out it's nepotism; not hard work, honesty, and integrity that count here. In my experience the least productive staff  were rewarded for drinking coffee, smoking, talking/texting, standing around, and bad mouthing the company throughout the day. In my opinion, management looked at service staff as disposable. This could have been an amazing place to work!

Was a good place to work, managers are very understanding and will work with you. Most people are nice. You will need thick skin as you will get picked on, 95% of the time it's jokes but that other 5% is questionable. I gained a lot of skills from working here and I don't think it's a bad place. Recommend for most people but it can be stressful for others. Your chances of growing with the company are high, but take time.

Worked at Murray Honda for past four years, great environment. The owner Darren Bosch is very professional, but down to earth. Justin Mallard is the core of Murray Honda, he does a bit of everything, mainly for the community, star of a man. He does all the training also, so you really get a good start. Managers are fantastic, fun, family atmosphere. Anyone who gets hired here is very lucky. Only reason I left is, honesty, it’s better suited for a younger generation:)

Good people to work with, most often the bad apples fall from the tree, leaving the good behind, but do have a list of good people I miss. Good training process in all areas. A company that does so much for the community, proud of the work done by the store. 

Not quite the best, I found the managers I dealt with daily were nice enough but I felt a few of them really cocky and self-cantered. Not the best team environment. Internet leads go to whoever they like most, and expect to be hated on daily for how you perform.

Worked there for a short period of time. Revolving staff in this workplace, as no one stays for too long. Job requirements ok. Pay was minimal and never got increase in pay while I was working there.

very productive place to work, the whole team is kind and the training was amazing. Honda also gave me more experience working with people and on a computer. I learn a lot of excellent social and computer skills

I’ts a good place to start but you won’t be there forever the owner is very cold and disinterested in you as a person. You’re just an employee and not a highly valued one. 

Supportive environment with management who listens and gives honest feedback. Lots of ongoing training for sales team and service team. Freedom to get my work done without being micro managed.
