Enjoyed my brief time there. Would've stayed but the atmosphere from the moment I stepped out of my car, to the moment I got back into my car at the end of the day, was terrible. The constant hate for the boss was strong, and I was not about to be part of a company that the requirement to talk to anyone is having a mutual hatred for the boss. I personally didn't find him to be to bad. Yes he can get very grumpy very fast, but generally the reasons for setting him off are legit reasons. 

If you work here, hopefully you can get past this, but I could not. If you can get past the coworkers hate and peer pressure to feel the same way, just keep your head down, listen, follow instructions and above else, ASK IF YOU AREN'T SURE!!!!!!

They want you to do the job with maximum efficiency and no mistakes, but they definitely don't trust you to do it. They will micromanage every aspect of your existence while on shift, right down to lunch and bathroom breaks. If you mess up, it's your fault. If Dispatch messes up, it's your fault for not catching it. If you catch it, they will blame you anyway. They won't allow you to stop for fuel, and then blame you when the truck runs out. 
In the latter half of the day you can safely bet that any Murray's truck you see is being driven by someone who is hungry, hasn't seen the inside of a restroom in at least 5 hours, and is stressed out. I frankly don't know how they're still in business.

Nothing  is good about the company the worst company I have ever worked for 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owner and the the maintenance manger 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible only thing that was good was the pay and  shift 




What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not good having to deal with the manager and the owner

Before I started, I signed a form that said foul language is prohibited, yet the owner nearly everyday uses such language when on the phone with his staff.

The team environment is super unprofessional, everyone dresses super casual, can get upset and swear, and the social interactions just make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

Would not reccomend anyone to work here.

the work i did was fairly easy for someone starting out in the work force, but the drama between those working in the warehouse and the office was very prevalent, with injuries no being taken seriously and a general lack of compassion in the office. during my time there i saw many people leave over this how this company was run.

If you still have respect for yourself and well-being, don’t apply in this company NO MATTER WHAT THE POSITION IS. Management is the worst and pay isn’t even that good. They don’t care for your safety and the owner shouts at you for no reason. HR doesn’t even help you with legal questions, can’t even give a helpful advice. 

The owners of Murray’s Trucking perpetuate an atmosphere of cynicism and indifference among its employees.This type of work environment should be avoided by potential employees who have respect for themselves and others,thus ensuring they’re sense of respect and good character.

Thwre is no enjoyable part of the job when Owner/dispathcher/and ceo.. gives the drivers 
No incentives . I was let go for being sick for 3 days... yay paroled from gwrerds prison...

If you're an experienced driver, whatever class, go elsewhere. Horrible horrible people in the office. Drivers and warehouse staff were all good- natured but dispatch and others in the office think they are just something else. Rude, demeaning and just overall unpleasant. 

less stressful now slower times no ot better office people more relaxed time off a little hard to get good people on the floor hard part is the day to day fights with management engrained cheap culture the best part is leaving foe the day
