My Cousin Vinnys

A typical day would start at 5:00pm. To start you would need to make a chart of all the servers and which section they are in. As tables start to come in for dinner you must seat them in the appropriate sections. The management was good most of the time and co-workers were great. Everyone I've worked with at this workplace was very friendly and supportive. Then least enjoyable part of the job was when it got too busy to follow the chart and the owner would seat people wherever they would fit causing servers to get angry about unfair table numbers.

There are no set end times, you never know when youll be done. Manager treats us like family, tough when something is wrong but has a very big heart. Co workers are extremely friendly, its easy to work with them. I enjoy seeing customers on a daily basis, its the best part of my day.
The only problem with this company is the way the owner is towards his workers. He is not the guy you would want to upset.

Some of the employees are fun to work with, others not so much, it is a very toxic environment, lots of drama and get “punished” if you aren’t open to work when they need you to. i did get experience working with tourists and social skills so that’s a plus and i did make friendships along the way. 

I worked at My Cousin Vinny's for just over a year and was sad to leave, it was an excellent job with good people working together as a team. I started out as a receiver but quickly picked up additional tasks and earn a couple of raises accordingly. 

Great management makes this job highly enjoyable and able to become personable with employees and managers. The food comes out in a timely fashion independent of the business of the restaurant which is very comforting as a server.

With working at My Cousin Vinny's, I had the chance to learn a lot of valuable skills. With it being a very busy workplace I had to learn and adapt to the pressure and manage what was most important, so I could get all tasks completed.

Made my first friends in canada here, hardworking and fair co workers. Came in to work from school, changed helped with the foods and the serving and helped in any other areas where help is needed

My experience here was something extraordinary! I had a great time working with the team and timmy was always there to guide me with the heavy decisions i had to make #weloveyoutimmy🥰 ! 

one of the best jobs i have ever had learned so much about houses and how to build/fix multiple things started off with tiling showers ending with painting an exterior house before my boss broke his back

Not a positive experience in this establishment management can be awful and there are silly rules like paying 4.99 every shift for a staff meal regardless if you eat it or not and you're not allowed to take home.
