To call this company a revolving door would be an undeserved kindness. Take off your rose tinted glasses and run before it's too late.

The person who interviewed me, spent a good chunk of time deeply insulting employees in a different department. It was uncomfortable at best. "We are a big family" is a quote that was tossed around on multiple occasions, and they're right! They managed to perfectly encapsulate all of the dysfunction without anything meaningful!

The person who trained me for an entry position was let go within 3 days of meeting for the first time. I was given 2 days of training by someone KNOWLEDGABLE, tops. According to the trainers I was extremely fortunate as they hadn't received the same privilege when they arrived.

Most employees you meet are brand new, everyone has a shelf life of 3 months or less in ALL departments. You will never feel safe in your position.

-Prospecting cold and warm leads to appointments and transactions using the companies designed customer resource management system was a main purpose as a sales representative. I would focus on customer service as I lead buyers through the process of buying a car.

- I had very knowledgeable mangers that trained and assisted my in my sales efforts.

-The most rewarding part of the job was when you delivered a new car to a satisfied customer.

All about the $$$, nothing else.
Pays less than average salary (in every department) for the industry.
Continued, non-stop fast paced.
No job security, unless consistently producing higher $$$.
Long extended hours, under constant pressure to produce more $$$.
Constant pressure to upsell.
No recognition for extra effort.

Under new management Nanaimo chryslers culture and ethical beliefs plays a important role to the moral and employees attitude have drastically improved. This place is now a great place to work and learn while making a good living .the team atmosphere is great and you feel like you matter.

Management are rude and don't have any skills as managers.  Only think of themselves.  A "me first attitude".
If you don't fit in their "clicks" you're out. Errors are not acceptable. Say they will train but want perfection immediately. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!
Their turn over rate is unbelievable. 

No support for any level of management. When there's an issue internally within coworkers the bosses just laugh. Unprofessional, get paid peanuts, and a lot of comebacks for the young technicians. Not a company I want on my arm.

Nanaimo Chrysler is a “take” , no give employer.  They are all about numbers and nothing about the people. They expect to take everything they can out of the business and put nothing back in. 

Best place I have ever worked they help people grow and move up in the company if you desire too very friend staff in all departments and the customers are spectacular so friendly 

Great place to work.  They challenge you daily to further yourself and be the best you can be.  Very supportive in all aspects of your position.
They’re all like a close family

Very fun place to work but not very organized, the people are fun and welcoming however the lack of communication and respect is where they fall short.
