NCIX

The workplace was very friendly. Coworkers are willing to help each other, and we were allow to freely talk to each other during work. However, that does not mean that we were not working. Everyone was focused what they are doing, and really good place to work. However, the wage is bit small.

Staff is great at almost any location you go to. Customers are very loyal and friendly for the most part. Very high upper management really needs to get their act together. Some of the tech within the company is in dire need of a major upgrade. Overall, very average place to work.

This was my dream job as a repair technician. It was where I used to get my computer parts from and always thought this would be an amazing place to work. It took me three years to get hired but I loved everything about my job I got to geek out everyday and build over 100 systems

Interacting with customers, taught a wide variety of information about the use, functionality, and implementation of consumer electronics. Generally likable coworkers and a dedicated team.

Management is supportive but there can be times of stress. Everyone is mostly easy going and it was fun to make connections during breaks from work. Lots of room for growth as well. Certain people are targeted for not fitting in.

Working at NCIX for work experience in highschool was a great way for me to learn more about the field I am pursing, it was enjoyable because I was around products that interests me

Despite the magnanimous end, NCIX died by a thousand paper cuts over many years.    There was such good will from the customer base and from a lot of the staff - easy improvements were  ignored to the detriment and end of the business.   

Employees training to make sure employees can get used to the work quickly.

Every department works together to make sure the company operates effectively and efficiently.

It's good company. I would like to job again once they fixed the issue. In somehow, there have too much politics at this moment. I would like to stay away for this.
