Where do I begin? Terrible location and building (sanitation) but this isn't in their control.
Horrible management, terrible pay below  'entry level.'
Unsupportive team and there are certainly some people you CANNOT WORK WITH. Definitely on the whole - employees are all 'stuck in their ways' and will not listen. EXTREMELY outdated beliefs - horrible expectations on certain things outside of employee's control - management holds employees to expectation far outside of pay rate - it's a joke. Don't even think about leaving office for 10 minutes or god forbid taking too many washroom breaks. 
No employee benefits, terrible pay and terrible management and coworkers - no respect and no reason to try beyond the minimum.
Positive I can say is you'll leave on time and it's a little money - other than that, don't bother on staying longer then you need.

No any stressful part . Shift managers are very cooperative . Provide on the spot solution.

Work environment is very satisfied and comfortable 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My typical day involves a mix of direct patient care and administrative tasks. I start by reviewing my schedule and patient notes to prepare for the day. Then, I visit clients to assist with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

reliable, responsible, supportive by all means company. It's a pleasure to collaborate with this agency and provide nursing care as a team to the best interest of our clients

COVID-19 time was the most stressful but we survived and proved that we can sustainable

Safe environment, respectful for both employees and clients

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I receive my assigned client in advance, the supervisor provides with details about  client's health state and care plan ongoing, then I follow the care plan

The best part of the company is that it gives 12hr shifts for companionship/shift jobs at hospital facilities.

Travelling by bus to and from hospitals which are far from where I live.

Friendly environment and the communication is open and transparent. Every one is welcome to work in the company .

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My typical day at the companies is fair because I get my break for 30 minutes, linch 1hr and another tea break at 3pm.

Working in an Agency like this is very enjoyable, interesting, meeting new clients ,cases , places, friends , families and facilities that was never seen or known. new challenges and methods of different care to different problems, application of knowledge and skills in nursing. Sharing talents in singing and dancing although not a very good singer but loved music & memories activities with client. The most enjoyable part of the job is when the care provided was met and made the client or patient happy, satisfied and got well soon or recovered from any sickness or problem well.

Flexibility. You can choose your hours you wish to work

I don’t have a stressful part because every job comes with a certain level of stress

People are respectful and that is most important to me 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Asssisting with patient care , example bed bath/ showers, grooming and sometimes with meals.

The management has an open door policy.  The management aim to make sure that they have employees who work for the organization and encouranges long term employees.  The organization  is forward thinking.
The management is very considerate and always  shows interest in their employees and their families. They have high standards and expect all their employees to exhibit same. They value their clients  and expect all employees to show the same commitment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has everything to do great as there is amazing staff and very hard working people. However management is probably the worst I’ve ever had. Starting with management gossiping about employees personal life to disrespecting their employees. Management should learn how to manage instead of wanting to micro manage everything. Learn to trust employees instead of constantly doubting what they say. They ask to keep things a secret but management tells people everything.

You called in to find out if there is a job the next day. Not sure if I have assignment the next day. This is perfect if you are looking for less than 20 hours/ week. I have to pay my own parking when I was assigned at SunnyBrook hospital. They said, I could claim it at the end of the year. I need the money every time I have the assignment. Some week, you get lucky.

The office workplace culture is very poor and toxic here ... unless you appreciate behind your back gossip by other people (including management) ... for the workload in the job, the pay is below what would be expected ... staff turnover is also much higher than it should be (due to unrealistic expectations) ... unless you want mental stress in your job, this is not a company to apply to
