After over a decade of work , giving this company my time  being early on every shift , and making them hundreds of sales per year , they just decided to close the department and give away all our jobs to overseas call centers , just a slap in the face for all that hard work . Now the calls are not recorded . overseas call centers do not record calls . 

NQX has excellent leadership and truly amazing coworkers, which makes for a supportive and positive work environment. The overall culture is great and it feels like a team-oriented place to be. Like any call centre role, the job can be demanding at times, but the strong environment and people make a big difference in managing the challenges.


I've been with NQX for over 7 years and the company has always been amazing. Opportunities for growth, or movement are generally readily available. Paid vacations and benefits!

Worst thing is the shift schedule based on seniority, no room for professional development in the role. Pay is okay for the role, didn’t have any issues with management
