I used to work there in etobicoke office but the work wnvironment was stressfull and non friendly. Management had two floors differentiating between higher paid employees and lower paid employees, there was a games room which no one ever dared to go to. I would personally not recommend the company, Workplace was very dusty and dirty. Prolly never had cleaners come in and clean anything or did poor job

New employees are not treated fairly.  They are expected to, on the first day be up to par with the older employees, who have most times have been in the company for years.  A new employee is left to feel like an outcast as the management shows neglect by communicating through others. Management lacks professionalism I many aspects.

Pay is based upon who you know not by experience. No overtime until generally after 55-60 hours. Management is very unorganized, Lots of people high on the job site.
If you are lazy or a drug addict this is the place for you. Impossible to be fired.

Just use this company to get into the union then leave, and don't turn back.

I worked here for 3 years as a Driller, overall it was a decent place to work. Being unionized was a huge plus having pretty good benefits. I feel I was paid fairly for the tasks I was doing. 

Don’t trust anyone. Management at the time was verbally abusive. Lack of respect. Christmas party was a joke. No culture what so ever. At times very long hours. They did pay on time.  Had a take home work vehicle for a while. 

 

Amazing staff and place to work for, if you're willing to learn they're willing to teach.  Room to grow with the company, an area you can get promoted and learn a lot quickly but unfortunately terrible pay and no raises given.

Hours here are easy to come by depending on the worker, most days here are long but the pay checks dont reflect that. For the type of work and the demand the pay should be higher for sure.

This place doesn't pay their employees equal some are making less and some are making more its  they don't employees right distincttech pays way better than this place

Employees are treated as non existent.. no perks at all. no motivation. Not even a single appraisals held in 3 years. Management has their own favourites.

Not a bad parent  company but very little resources locally and head office in Toronto runs the show completely. No job security  at all. Do not plan on retiring here!
