It is great to see the efforts with R&D translate into new business opportunities and the growth of the company.  NanoXplore is a company that I would recommend to anyone in science or manufacturing, as a place to work.  The culture is very good, the people are passionate about what they do.  The Management team is young, energetic and care about their teams.  The company keeps growing and is able to keep generating new applications for our products.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Free parking. Near highway, clean offices, coffee available and a vending machine as well.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of care for employees, only a few insiders get rip the rewards of everyone’s hard work. No Christmas bonus or extra time off.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The general employee body is practically overlooked 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work with most departments and assist on the smooth running of different projects.

In the six months I was there 7 employees left for better or because of management. People aren’t all that experienced. Company is fairly new and doesn’t have much workload. Mostly gouvernment grants. The say it’s all roses but before you touch the rose the garden is full of thorns 

Company has a bright future most likely, they hire nice people for the most part. Certain job functions completely separated from the overall company and can lead to some moments of not knowing who is around.

Intimate but extensive work environment and excellent working equipment and very good amenities.

You always have to use a mask because of the production process.

My direct manager was great. But the company’s product is new and they are trying to introduce it into the market. Future of the company doesn’t seem promising to me.
