Sums it up, no one works. The younger ppl are taken advantage of while the old "generations" as one person says as a prayer does a whoooole lot of nothing....dont expect to be treated fairly and dont expect to get answers cause this place has no communiation whatsoever i stayed there about 3 months and left. no one cares about customers and no one likes to answer the phones theres a womans there that works with mom and daughter and they dont do nothing either.. the duaghter has the worst customer service and treats everyone like garabge but has sonority cause her mother works here for yearsss. dont work here, its a waste of time and the company has nothing to offer.

 Management is to get along with. Just do your job and go home.

Being able to meet the customers and drive.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great, fun and no pressure open door helpful when needed

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pull and fill orders. Place them in your truck and delivery and return

I would start the day by checking the fluid levels and tire pressure in the van. review the days orders and gather items from warehouse inspect for defects or damage. load van and secure items deliver items in a safe and timely manner.
On slow days i would sort and unpack new inventory while keeping a clean work area

Nationwide autoglass could not care less about their employees. The management is incompetent and do not communicate amongst themselves or their staff. Employees are underpaid and often disrespected or spoken down too no matter how much effort is put into their work. The equipment/delivery vehicles are outdated and unsafe but never fixed. I don't recommend working here

Don’t waste your time at this Mickey Mouse company you will be way under paid and your time will be wasted  they only give out few cents raises. They make you do double the  work that staff don’t want to do their jobs. management has changed and gotten worse.  the equipment they have is unsafe they have broken steps and ladders  stay away!  

Daily routine , organize and deliver glass products orders to customers through out the southern ont region.
Daily receiving of glass products and stocking warehouse shelves. 
Take phone in orders from customers. onsite customer service and problem resolution.

Decent pay and well organized

Several customers arriving at the same time. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Healthy  and racially fulfilling

This company has been very good to me, and helped me when I needed. I learned alot in customer service through Nationwide, inside/ outside and warehouse skills

It’s a very easy job to do. Most customers know what the want, all you need to do is help place the order or confirm customers order. There is also an easy method if customer needs help knowing what to order

Nationwide is very unorganized. Don’t treat employees bad and rip off your paycheques. Very bad environment. Don’t listen to veteran employees. Have way too many temp employees
