In the workplace i had to move materials and heavy, valuable equipment throughout the day while keeping a clean and organized warehouse space. I gained experience working in a fast-paced environment is a must. Dress code was casual with steel-toed boots. 
I was responsible for preparation of equipment for operation, determine the kind of tools and equipments required for a each task, manage tests and inspections of products, processes and services to check the quality or performance. Dress code was casual with steel-toed boots. Also supply line with materials, performs daily maintenance, set-up and cleanup of equipments and was responsible for other duties as assigned.

The work environment among coworkers is pleasant and friendly, but the management is very poor. The current leadership is disorganized and lacks the skills needed to properly manage the team and production demands. Production is often rushed, equipment is frequently broken, and there is little to no maintenance. The company’s director constantly asks for explanations and results without providing any real support or solutions, creating a stressful and disrespectful atmosphere. People management is a serious issue and needs urgent improvement.

Nothing, just a depression center.

All parts of job and atmosphere are stressful.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It has completely a bad atmosphere. Because of shortage of number of employees, so each employee should work like 2 persons. It is the reason of depression of most employees.

Decent salary / benefits with poor values and unmotivating atmosphere.
Frequent line shut downs causing lay-offs of personnel with peak periods of frequent overtimes and weekend work.

Interesting products and challenging work with very little guidance.

As key members of the Nellson Nutraceutical staff, our Team Members assumes a critical role in maintaining&creating an inviting and professional work environment. As a Team Leader, my Team Members has primary day-to-day responsibility for fielding different tasks; they work in different packaging machines.

Great place to work and to learn about the food industry. The most enjoyable part of the job is to be surrounded by good co-workers which ease the overwhelmed tasks. Management and operations area lack of communication and strategic focus.

Fun place and had parties. Union environment, salaries and benefits are better. Friendly people, can buy products directly from the company at a good price 

Fast paced environement. Great working atmospher. Not alot of room for advancement. Very difficult to get a raise. Team work, everyone works together to reach the goals of company.

You need To ne responsible and self organised To work in thé laboratory. Was working with an agency and they terminated the contract without giving a notice

My first day work was superb, It's a great place to start a  career, good pay, nice Supervisor's, team work is the order of the day. 
Week shift was my favorite 😍.
