This company is the worst security company to work for. They have no benefits, they lie to the client about what they have to offer then lie to employees as well. The union and the agreement is a complete joke. They charge 25 dollars every week for 4 months for uniforms and do not pay it back. (No other security company in Ontario charges for uniforms they usually promote the uniforms being free) Honestly this company is all about being as cheap as possible and that means screwing over their own employees. There is no boot allowance, no reimbursements of renewal of your Security License. You are to get your own police checks every six months and are not reimbursed. Just a complete red flag.

Right from the owner down this company is a disorganized, unprepared, chaotic mess. I have personally been yelled at, degraded, demeaned and wronged by the owner. He is dishonest, angry and cheaper than cheap! Company vehicles are in disrepair, sites are understaffed and missing basic necessities. People in management positions are unqualified, under-trained and not suited for their positions. Paychecks are rarely ever correct or on time. It seems there are thousands of security companies out there and I would venture to say this could be one of the worst.

I would highly recommend Neptune security. They have always provided a top quality service for a range of different venues big or small. They have a large very professional team from a variety of backgrounds bringing different strengths to different situations. The management team are are hands on and always try to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. They are really approachable, reliable and polite which is exactly what you need. Very very satisfied with the service provided by Neptune!!Excellent crew and extremely professional in all areas .Having had bad experiences in the past with security companies I was anxious when I needed to book someone for an event. But then Neptune was recommended to me by a friend and they were just brilliant, totally professional, flexible to my needs and best of all really good people who just 'get it'.

This company does not go by Manitoba labour laws. they do not Pay into your E.I or your federal-provincial taxes and your vacation pay is not paid out & no pay stubs and a heads-up is the last your guards I work for this company on this site. they where stuck with owing the federal government over $5,000 and federal taxes because of Neptune security did not taking off your federal-provincial taxs off there payroll .please think twice working this company .

Limited room for career growth. Plenty of favoritism. There is a toxic culture of everyone believing themselves to be the hardest worker, and will belittle you or mock your role if the perceive your position or site to be lesser. 

Went to the interview, turns out its to get all the onboarding done! YES!! Tell me to show up on Monday and I'll get my uniform.  So Monday rolls around, and I call to find out who I'm supposed to meet. "Oh, sorry. We don't have your uniform yet, it'll be a couple more days"... ok I'm fine with that... Try contacting them a couple days later... no response... that was about a month ago.  I'm seriously wondering about the legitimacy of this company.

Numerous paychecks bounced, always had issues getting paid. Management is mediocre. They cannot note even the simplest of things down on a post-it. They do not call back or respond to your emails. I left over 4 months ago and I am still waiting for payment.
