The company grows up. But the management is still somewhere at the "garage level". Managers rely only on antediluvian fabricators experience, instead of training workers. Sometimes managers do not realize how things are done on the floor. Looking for cheap solutions where solid investment is needed. At the same time tons of money are wasted on useless things. Well educated and highly experienced people leave company simply because of low pay and too much micromanagement.

People are friendly and very dedicated to work. 
Unfortunately there is a lack of connection between manufacturing and engineering. 
It slows down the whole process and produces too many mistakes and reclamation from the customers. 
There is too much of micromanagement from the top management when there is no need in management involvement. 
Too little management involvement in engineering/production actions coordination - where it is needed most.  
In spite of it in total NETT is very nice place to work.

I  work side by side with co- worker,we build muffler from the work order together.
Everyday,we esemble the muffler by welding:mig and tig.
The hardest part of the job is we have the parts and material,matching the jigs,matching the drawing(from the work order).
Most enjoyable part of the job is finish the job ontime and later on we do not have any complain from customers feed back.

Challenging day to day activities and constant improvement.

Keeping up with time to time work-overloads

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Its good , everyone is friendly and chill and look to do the best at their job and communicate pretty well.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy all the way till the end of the day.

The work environment in the company is not conducive for promoting a positive feeling. There are far to many corners being taken that push safety boundaries as well management does not make you at all feel as if they appreciate you in any way. Should you require medical benefits, management finds reasons to delay this and  proper pay rates let alone pay raises are very much none existent. 

Very easy going and enjoyable place to work when you get comfortable with your work load. Hardest part of the job was at the beginning and just getting familiar with the products and company procedures. It takes a couple of months to get into it and it's a breeze after that! Plus, I had the best manager and teacher! Overall, I had a great experience, as we were working as one great team!

Management has no clue how to run things. You get lied to in the interview. You're told one thing then they give you total different work. Several person quit for the exact same reason. Outside experience doesn't count for anything. Company does everything on the cheap. Floors s

I wasn't a good fit for the company. Everyone in the office was seperated and I felt excluded, while trying to assist with various tasks. It's a benefit in the company,  if you speak Polish. 

amazing people who are supportive and helpful in achieving personal success, excellent work culture, management works with you rather than over you.over all an amazing place to work and set up a future.

Great work/life balance, excellent salary, benefits and pension, plenty of opportunities to move around the organization and develop soft and technical skills, very diverse and intelligent group of employees.
