The people is the best part. Great team mates and they make the day go by much easier.

Depends on what job you've got. There's stress at every workplace.

Good teamwork and good support from management/supervisors.

It's very busy. Lots of change-overs and big orders from customers

Positive work environment: a supportive culture with open communication,  respect, and recognition for achievement.

No much stress,  but is the cold room

The environment is cool, and is just a commercial area 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The typical day for me is just normal

There is very little communication between departments. It is hard to advance in positions due to management bullying staff members.
It is a very unorganized business and management cant admit fault on there end and blame others. Co-workers are very friendly and hard working with a mixture or nationalities. Some great people work there but are not recognised for the hard work they do.

A great place to work, excellent training.
 Worked along side some great people. HR lady was amazing, answered any queries before I took the role. One of the best workplace cultures. 
A company that sticks to their core values. Respected the management. Not many places I’d say I’d go back to but I would hear. 


As soon as you arrive to work there is always a job to do. Evreyone inside is just getting started and preparing themselves for the day and it is usually very quiet. Basic necessities need to be done such as printing scanning and filing while working.There is nothing to hard about this job it is just that you make sure you get things sorted before its too late.

Having worked in the food industry for many years i have gradually progressed to QA, no single day is the same, we have to be alert constantly and ensure our products reach our customers in its best condition ever, quality is a key part of our aim. i am willing to learn other jobs, excellent time keeper, ambitious.

This job is an eye opener as it showed me that not every factory is what others say it is. This job taught me that no matter what type of job it is, it’s a job at the end of the day and the pay in this job is worth it, the only downfall is the 6am starts but this company is very flexible.

Fun to work there very friendly and helpful management.
They provided me free forklift training and license.
It was a great experience to work with multi culture people.

Untill orders are in high demands you will be neccesary...

When order drops your contract is a little piece of bussiness...

Low skilled spervisors in defrost area...

Very poor place to work poor quality if it means the line runs its fine and poor hours so you need,to work weekends to  make your hours up things in the fish that shouldn't  be
