A typical day at work is understaffed with unqualified personnel or outside agency staff who really don't know anybody or what they are doing. Residential managers provide little support and ask for staff to do everything they do not want to do. Managers are overpaid and staff is not paid enough.

This was the best job ive ever had! Your co-workers are fun your clients can be a joy, no day is the same! 
Management listens to you and cares, if you mess up they will help you out. 
Salary is amazing, casual work starts at $19.53 and youre never bored and never Not working.

Everday is a different challenge and rewarding experience.  It can be extremely fun and at times can present some difficulties that help one to resolve and grow.  Co-workers are great and caring people.  Residents are all unique and loving

A horrible place to work.  Management is nowhere to be found, no support, no organization and no appreciation.  No chance of advancement after being supervisor.  Very high school like environment

A good place to work with very supportive Management team. With a team that is very supportive and gives opportunities to it's staff to improve. There is also staff recognition program in place.

The staff snitch on one another. Management doesn't investigate thoroughly before you're fired! Every one is in competition with the other. Overnight shift is too strenuous!! Why shower clients everyday??  🤷 Not necessary.

The people working at New Leaf were very nice and inclusive. They gave many opportunities to learn new skills. Lunch was paid which was a plus! Overall a good work environment, sometimes needed a bit more organization as a company. 

new leaf had many benefits and chances to improve. staff where excellent, worked as a team. management was very knowledgeable and encouraging. over all a positive experience.

Everyone was supportive and welcoming, creating a positive environment that encouraged growth and learning. The team was helpful, respectful, and made it a great place to develop both personally and professionally.

Good company.  Good benefits.  Overtime if you want it.
Management is great.  
Paid vacation & sick days etc.
Can be stressful at times but management is very supportive.
