The atmosphere I am being forced to work with on a daily basis is extremely upsetting.Upper management  constantly talks their own foreign language amongst fellow workers. Once in a while I can make out my own name but then they continue to talk about you to each other in a language you cannot understand.One fellow worker is constantly on their personal cell phone and never available to answer any work related questions. Thier is a huge issue of her not answering customers email, phone calls regarding payment. This makes me feel uneasy because it causes great consequences and tension when I come upstairs to inquire why. it’s at the point I feel like outsider in our own country.They are dealing with work related issues and should be forthcoming and open with all of us.The favouritism that occurs is totally unforgivable.We are suppose to be a team and the belittling that goes on needs to stop. I have  gone home crying due to the favouritism in this place.  The hardest part I find working here is the extreme bias / favouritism that goes on daily  and the constant speaking amongst us fellow employees in thier own language , leaves me with a feeling of being talked about and ridiculed.This needs to stop immediately. Upper management has different rules for their own cultured employees, which is so wrong.They allow individuals to do what ever they want with no consequences given, but yet if another employee did the same thing, they are written up.

Was an ok place to work, some people look unfriendly but most everyone there is alright. Although they don't give the new guys the chance they deserve, considering the industry. Not everyone will be able to work as fast as the seasoned employees and sometimes they don't see the difference... so all in all, go workplace but don't go unprepared to work or can seem unfair.

The management 3 years ago when i worked there was very Unproffesional and not at all merit based. The company on other words is a banana republic, Good luck getting your pog book signed as an apprentice. Literally every one I talked to who worked there or at any point did work at this place, Never spoke anything good about this place.

The mechanics and some administrative staff are awesome! However, there is a disconnect within the management team. Lack of communication and team work is a big issues at the management level which then trickles down the the employees. It's not an awful place to work, but not the best place to work either,

New United was a great place to start. It provided me with a baseline on what to look for and what it will be like working full time in this career path. Management was very helpful when starting my career. Everyone was super friendly and it was a pleasure to work with them.

It was an excellent experience to work there. Environment was excellent, safety was impeccable and very professional and friendly mentors. Workplace is full of training and daily safety briefings.

Each and every person here cares about what they do. Everyone has the same goal - and it is to show the customer that they are the best around when it comes to taking care of their airplane.

Upper management isn’t great and always digging themselves a hole they can’t get out of promising customers unreasonable timelines and the blame gets put on the floor workers.

Good relaxing environment to work people generally friendly and co operative. Have incentives for workers, staff appreciation days. Management are fair and easy going.
